    The installation was minimal, they used the sensors from ADT. In Nov. 2023, the alarms started at 3 AM for several days, no windows were open. I called and ask for a **** to come. No one came out and I stopped setting the alarm. Still no tech, now Apr 2024 and no tech has come out or even called me, I have a plastic box on my wall that I'm paying $49.99/month for an alarm system THAT DOES NOT WORK! I want my money refunded for the months with no alarm and can't wait for the contract to end so I can get a good alarm system company that responds to their customers!

    Excellent Install. ************* and ****** and ****** were so professional, kind and concerned about what I needed to be done. They did a GREAT job.

    This company is bogus. Expensive shades that don't actually work. They string you along trying to problem solve but they do nothing. $500 shade should work right out the box. Shades were custom so no refunds. Total waste of time on an expensive shade that doesn't work at all. Buyer beware!
