    If I could give no stars I would definitely do that. This company overcharges and then doesn't do what they say they are going to do. Then all of a sudden I have a freon leak and need a new coil or unit. It is only 5 years old!!!! The drain pan was supposedly cleaned and flushed to fix a water leak and 3 different service calls later the leak was worse. I myself finally cleaned all the algae and gunk out of the drain pan and no water leaks after. The reported freon leak is non existent according to the 2nd opinion company I had out here!!! But for some reason the levels were low. I cannot prove the tech drained some freon but it sure does look very suspicious. Also, the drain line outside that was not broken before their last tech came out all of a sudden is completely broken off today!! I bought a service contract for 365 and have requested that money back as to the service was not performed properly. No phone calls back from **** the service manager nor the ** *******.

    This is a horrible company stay away .They charged $900.for acid cleaning of my coils.A high amount to start with!After the cleaning the unit kept clogging up.Three technicians came and gave same diagnosis building drain clogged.I had the building bring in a plumber who said the building drain was fine.When I call the company to discuss this problem repeatedly with no direct answer to my questions.I would stay away from them at all cost they shouldnt even be in bussiness.

    Totally unprofessional plus not knowledgeable in their field. A tech came to my home because I stated I probably would need a new A/C. They informed me there is $175 service charge just to come out to evaluate the A/C but if they were hired it would be applied to the bill. I did not have a problem with that. A tech came and proceeded to say that everything was done wrong with my present a/c and I would have to get the hot water heater removed and/or get a a tankless water heater to allow for new A/C to be installed. He took measurements and came back a second time. Both times he had to "submit" the problem to his engineers and he would get back to me. He never did. I found another A/C company who had no problem installing a whole new system without any hot water heater removal and facing in the right direction. Aztil's ball park figure was over 7 grand not counting the hot water heater debacle. Shame on you Aztil. If possible I would give 0 stars.

    DECEMBER 2022:I have one of the 5 year maintenance plans with Aztil that covers 2 AC tune-*** a year as well as any service on any of my plumbing or major appliances (dishwasher, oven, water heater, refrigerator). I think I paid $595 for this about two years ago.My water heater started leaking out of the outlet pipe just after I purchased the plan. I have had 30+ calls to them to fix it and they just fixed it yesterday, over a year and a half later. There were dozens of repeated promises for someone to be sent out "that day" or the "day after" which never materialized. And guess what--they end up charging me $75 for it--and claim it as "materials cost". The only cost, aside from labor, was the sub-$20 flex hose.They are charging me because I use my plan too much. They even tried to sell me a 2nd $500+ UV light (I already had a top of the line REME Halo UV light in my AC) to try and recoup some of their lost money. I have even asked for a call from the owner, *******, and was promised a call back from the plumbing manager, ***********************, and I have yet to receive a call back from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.JUNE 2024 UPDATE:After a period of very poor experience with this company, the owner, *****************************, reached out to me personally and offered to help me if I was ever experiencing issues. She was helpful, but it is very sad that it had to come to the owner contacting me to get issues resolved by a business with over 100 employees. Their customer service is horrendous and the techs often miss their appointment windows or just never show up.After today's appointment was missed, I called in and found that the previous owner, *******, is no longer the owner, and Aztil is now owned by "Cascade". I would recommend paying a few extra dollars for a maintenance plan from a better company so that you can get more reliable service. Do not make my mistake!

    worst company don't get a contract with them they wont service there agreement. they only tell you they will get back to you at there earliest convence and never do

    I recently had to replace a faulty fan motor in my air conditioning unit, which thankfully was covered under warranty. I contacted Air Boca ************************* and they promptly sent a technician to assess the issue. The technician was professional and efficient, completing the replacement in less than 30 minutes. However, I was surprised by the hefty cost of over $500 for a seemingly straightforward fix. While I appreciate the quality of service and the convenience of having the issue resolved quickly, I expected a more reasonable price considering the warranty coverage. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome, but I hope *** Boxa ************************ reevaluates their pricing structure for warranty repairs and labor.

    It's a scam. I was pushed to purchase a new contract, however we're still covered by the previous contract ( came with the house) for the next 7 mons. I was also pushed to pay for a part that should be covered under warranty. Upon reviewing the charges I immediately contacted the company asking for refund. A few phone calls and emails later nothing happened. I had to reach out to my credit card and file a dispute.

    Purchased property:  January 2024

    On Wednesday, February 21, 2024, ******************************* called Aztil Air Conditioning (9:11am on recorded line) to request an appointment for maintenance on the air conditioner located at ******************************************************************************************  Aztils **************** Representative (CSR) explained to ********************** he did not have a ******************** Agreement.  ********************** stated the previous owner had the contract and inquired if there was any way he could transfer the contract.  He would supply a copy of the deed.  Aztils CSR explained to ********************** the only individual who could transfer the contract would be the previous owner, who still owns the ******************** Agreement. ********************** inquired the cost for a maintenance checkup and was told $49.00.  He agreed to the cost and booked the appointment for Friday,February 23, 2024, 8:00am 11:00 am.

    When Aztils technician arrived at the appointment on Friday, February 23, 2024, he performed the maintenance checkup ($49.00), *************) 215 P bulbs ($275.00 each = $550.00) and (1) run capacitor ($275.00).  ********************** decided to purchase a ******************** Agreement ($689.00) and an appointment for a (10) drop duct cleaning ($275.00) for Monday, February 26, 2024 11:00am 1:00pm .  The ******************** Agreement included all service calls,(2) maintenance check *** per year and labor costs.  The total cost $1,789.00 (Invoice# ********).

    ********************* immediately called Aztil to cancel the ******************** Agreement since he had a contract that didnt expired until September 2024.  ********************* never had a ******************** Agreement with Aztil.  As stated before, the previous owner currently owns the contract and has never transferred the ******************** Agreement to **********************.

    Since ********************** cancelled the ******************** Agreement he purchased on Friday, February 23, 2024, for $689.00, he becomes a non-contract customer and is responsible for the service maintenance ($49.00) and the labor costs ($185.00).

    ********************* will receive a refund of $455.00 within 5 to 7 business days.

    This invoice is agreed and acknowledged. Payment is due upon receipt. A service fee will be charged for any returned checks, and a financing charge of 1% per month shall be applied for overdue amounts. Further, I agree to the down payment/deposit for my service and I understand $400 of deposits for new equipment is non-refundable, and by canceling my service, I am forfeiting my deposit.

    2/23/2024 I find and agree that all work performed by Aztil AC has been completed in a satisfactory and workmanlike manner. I have been given the opportunity to address concerns and/or discrepancies in the work provided, and I either have no such concerns or have found no discrepancies or they have been addressed to my satisfaction. My signature here signifies my full and final acceptance of all work performed by the contractor. 2/23/2024

    I authorize Aztil AC to charge the agreed amount to my credit card provided herein. I agree that I will pay for this purchase in accordance with the issuing bank cardholder agreement. 2/23/2024

    I took out a 2 year contract back in September 2022. As far as servicing my ****, very happy. As far as fixing any appliance not happy at all. They stopped doing everything except fixing and maintenance on the **** Have to say, in the summer, my **** stopped working. I got a person the same day. Fixed, for only 24 hours. They sent up another repairman later the next day, which he told me that the wiring that another company did when they put in the **** was wrong. He re wired and the **** works fine. I had to pay for the wiring. **** is only 2 years old.However, I do not have any service for my appliances. Called a few times and was told that ***** handles that. 3 calls were left. No return phone call. I would like to get reimbursed for the appliances. A company should not automatically stop part of their service without informing you. I would like my money back
