    I purchased pajamas from this company as well as a mystery item. I was told after awhile they were lost and she was sending out more. I never received those and asked for a refund. I emailed 4 more times and told them I was filing a complaint with their company. They replied back and said request closed. I put all emails from them on here. They kept my money and didnt send out items. On ****** they have really bad reviews with people saying they didnt receive items also.

    I subscribe to the monthly swag bag and I never received my July swag bag..I emailed and a ****** responded and apologized for the mistake and stated that my July swag bag will be shipped..I waited a week without receiving a tracking number so I emailed the company again with no response..I then went and sent a DM on Instagram to the company without a reply response..It is almost September and I am still out of my July swag bag that I paid for..I either want my July swag bag or a refund...

    On July 21, 2022 I ordered three shirts from this company. I received the shirts in August. One of them arrived defective. The shirt was a medium but appeared to be large and there was puckering around the monogram. I wrote an email with my concerns and attached pictures on August 4. Did not receive a response so I resent the message in the evening on August 5. After not receiving a response again I went on their online chat. The associate who chatted with me looked at the email and told me that the shirt was supposed to be oversized and that it was not defective. She also told me I should wash the shirt several times to fix the puckering around the monogram. I explain to her that the shirt was wide and not long so it was not an oversize shirt and that it was not sized properly. I also expressed my concern about having to wash a new item several times to fix a defect. I requested a refund and told her I would send the shirt back. She said no and that she would have to escalate my request but to not expect a positive response. I then asked if there was a phone number that I can call to speak to a representative. She said no they do not have a customer service line to speak to someone.

    I placed an order, Order ******* on June 8th for 2 pajamas sets. One has a monogram so I knew Id have to wait ***** business days for it to ship (like the website says) Well, Ive waited and its now June 30th (16 business days) and Ive emailed the company and they have no idea where my items are. They even told me that one of the items i ordered is out of stock even though when I ordered it almost a month ago, they were all in stock. Since its been over 16 business days and they dont know where my items are, I want a full refund back to my original method of payment. No store credit since its not on me but the companys fault.

    I have ordered from this company on a regular basis with no issue however I have auto ship for 3 of the subscriptions they offer and haven't received anything from them since January of 2022. I have emailed and called multiple times with no one to call me back or take care of the issue. They have charged me every month for items I am not even getting. Please help me get them to contact me to resolve this issue. I have alot of money that they have taken out of my account with no merchandise sent to me.
