They installed a new roof on my house, and it's leaking after 3 years. We are still under warranty and they are not answering phone calls or calling back. We are being 100% ignored.

We had our roof replaced by Citrus Contracting in 2021. We now have a leak in the same place where we had one before the roof was replaced. I have called the company 3 times over the past month and left messages with the warranty ***** To date, no one has been concerned enough to even return my phone calls. The after service of this company is abysmal and i would not recommend using them to anyone.

Citrus Contracting complete the installation of a new roof at this property back in January of 2023. There is a 2 year warranty on parts and labor. The roof started to leak 8/9/2023. I've been trying to contact them at ************ and have left several messages without replies. If i don't find a resolution soon I guess I'll have to contact a lawyer,

We purchased a roof through Citrus Contracting and within the warranty period and we had a leak in this roof that cost $28K. After the same spot started leaking again, I tried to contact them to come back out and repair it again while Im still in the warranty period and I was placed on hold for an hour and they never picked up. This has happened to me for several days while *** tried calling from other numbers. Total Home Roofing apparently bought Citrus Contracting. Florida Sun Biz shows it is owned by *********************. They show having a *******, ******* location that is open in a building that is permanently closed. All I want is for the roof I paid for to be repaired properly. I should not have to drive to ********* from ***** just to initiate a warranty request. Bad Business.

Citrus Contracting was recommended by a co-worker in 9/2022. Around 10/2022 a sales guy, ****, contacted me saying he would take care of everything even the insurance claim, so we paid the $6,500 deductible. The 2 roofs were worked on & completed in 5/2023. The work took only a week, but there was no supervision/manager to inspect the work at any time. Then, I got a bill from Total Home Roofing for wood that was replaced. This is when I find out that Citrus Contracting had the roof done by another company. On 5/11/2023 I texted the roofing contact, ***, to come & inspect the job because the roofers left ************ everywhere, the soffits were not put back & there were fascia gaps in various places. The roofers cleaned around before leaving, but once they left no one came to fix the rest. *** texted me back on 5/23/23 that he would e-mail the "warranty department as they are the ones that handle repair issues." I texted him again on 6/19 & he responded on 6/20 asking me to contact the office.I called the office & got no help. Then, ****, showed up to see what needed to be done because they wanted payment. I showed him the ********* said they were no big deal; that if it bothered me that much that we could fix ourselves or get someone to fix them. I said I would not pay until the gaps were worked on. This went on for months. The gaps were dealt with. The insurance released the last payment to me, but it got lost in the mail. I got the check replaced (total was $47,490.60).Now the roof is leaking in the same area where the wood was replaced. The leak is on the wall the main garage and the dining room share; it has brown water marks on 1/2 of the wall, which will develop mold. A friend investigated & told us some roof shingles & a roof flashing to divert the water from the house are missing.I have called Citrus Contracting and left voicemails (7/26, 7/30, 7/31, 8/7/2024) with the ******************* and the ***************** but no one has returned my call.

Citrus Contracting II now owns Total Home Roofing. The businesses are active and owned by the same person. Please see the attached screen shots showing the original bill I got for the wood in 2023 and the Sunbiz.org screenshots.

Good afternoon. I had my roof replaced in July/August of 2019. This was done by Citrus Contracting / Total Home Roof Repair. Recently I had some work done around my home and the gentleman had to access the roof. He found that the part of the roof he accessed was so soft he thought he may go through it. He alerted me immediately. You could see the roof give as he walked. This was on July 12, 2024. My repairman said to contact my roofer asap because they should resolve with the roof being so young. Since I do not access the roof, I have no idea how long it's been soft. Immediately, I attempted to locate and email Citrus Contracting because it was after hours on Friday evening. My email was returned. I then went to their website and submitted through their "Contact Us" section. In addition, I pulled the local phone numbers from their website. Saturday, July 13, 2024, I called and left a message. That Monday when they're offices should be open, I tried to call again only to be on hold over 10 minutes finally giving up and leaving a message. I tried later that afternoon to reach someone, yet it was to no avail. I did not leave another message. Since then I have attempted to call them several times selecting different options. Each time I am on hold 15+ minutes with no one picking up. Sometimes I leave messages, other times I hang up. Wednesday, July 24, 2024, I made an attempt to call being kept on hold via my personal and work mobiles for 20+ minutes having selected two different options. Today, Thursday, July 25th, 2024, I took time away from work driving from my Carrollwood home to their ******* offices during the office hours. I called again on my way and was on hold the entire 30+ min drive over there with no one ever picking up. When I got there, their office hours said they were open 8a-5p; however, the offices were closed up and dark. I still was on hold and I then selected to leave another message. Please help. Now I learn here they are out of business.

Citrus Contracting, under Total Home Roofing, installed a new roof at the property (*************************) in December 2022. We filed a warranty claim. Repairing the underlayment was approved by the production supervisor onsite in May 2024 and we were assigned to a representative who was follwing through with this, first by filing a claim with the product manufacturer, ***** Corning. It seems this person no longer works there. Now, not I, nor ***** Corning can get a hold of anyone at any of the phone numbers we have with Total Home Roofing or Citrus Contractors. They will not call back or return emails. We need the ripples/buckling of the roof addressed! They agreed to fix it, now nobody will return phone calls. Please help!

I had a new roof installed January of 2023, water started leaking out of a light fixture in my master bathroom, upon climbing into attic I observed numerous leaks coming through roof, I videoed these locations and called Total Home on 12/4/2023 and notified them of leaks, they asked for video's that I recorded and I sent them to their office, they informed me someone would be in contact with me shortly, I have yet to hear from them, I have sent several emails and made repeated calls to these people and have yet to get a response.
