    On July 29 I mailed a check $48,90 for the item NutraVision and never receive my order. I should have receive order in September. I checked my bank statement shows already pay for it in August. I wrote them a letter twice and no response from them. On second letter I wrote and asked for refund and still no response from them. I want to know why I have not receive my order since July 29 that I ordered.

    *********************** placed two orders online from the state of **********, confirmed by the ** address 64.119.15.172, Order #****** for $39 Paid on 06/23/2024 @ 2:18 pm. Order #****** for $39 Paid on 06/30/2024 @ 3:21 pm. ****************** signed up for duplicate annual subscriptions to Dr. ** Sears' Confidential Cures newsletter with Wellness Reasearch and Consulting. Both orders have been refunded to the credit card on file, and both subscriptions have been canceled. Emails confirming the refunds and subscription cancelations were automatically sent to the customer's email on file. ******************** phone number ************ is listed on the credit card statement and customer service is available 24/7 to assist with any questions regarding charges or orders. In future, I kindly ask ****************** to contact us at our toll-free number for assistance.  Thank you, *****************************

    On 7/27/23 I ordered Ultra-Accell for $167.88 paid with my **** card.Then on 8/5/23 the shipped an order (that I did not place) and charged my **************** card. They said I received this order and I did not. I have tried calling and speaking with their customer service and she tells me to send the order placed on 8/5/23 back. How can I send it back if I didn't receive it. I need help resolving this.Thank you!

    In response to the concern by *******************************, please review the following details. 

    *************************** placed two separate auto delivery orders for Ultra Accel II with Primal Force. The initial 6-month subscription order was placed on February 6, 2023. The renewal order processed on August 5, 2023. The second 3-month auto delivery subscription was placed on July 27, 2023, several days prior to his initial subscription renewal.  
    Both subscriptions have the same name, address, and phone number. *** tracking shows a confirmed delivery for both orders; the first was delivered August 1, 2023, and the second was delivered August 11, 2023. 


    ****************** communicated with customer service via email beginning August 7, 2023. Return instructions were provided as requested. In addition, we confirmed both subscriptions were canceled and no future order or charges would process. ****************** was advised to refuse the second order and once received back at our warehouse a refund would be issued. ****************** agreed to the canceling of both subscriptions and responded that he would be returning the August 5, 2023, order. As of today, neither order has been refused or returned. 

    As a courtesy, a refund in the amount of $279.80 has been refunded to the credit card on file.

    I have been receiving spam emails from someone named Al Sears, MD, for several months now. I have asked on four or five occasions to be removed from their email list, PLEASE unsubscribe me, whatever. I have no idea how I got on their list to begin with. I told them I would file a complaint with the *** and the BBB if they did not stop sending me junk mail, and they will not stop.

Email removal typically takes three days and Direct Mail removal may *********** - 8 weeks, as lists are spooled in advance. I've contacted our Chief Operating Officer regarding this matter, and we are taking every step to remove ******************** information from any pre-existing lists as quickly as possible. 

    Dr. Sears' daily email, Doctor's ***** Call is sent using the email address:  Al Sears, MD <******************************************************> There is an unsubcribe link at the very top of the message. I recommend if any emails are received to click the unsubscribed link at the top of all our correspondence.
