    We had originally contracted with Price4Limo as a broker to purchase transportation for our wedding on 11/4/22. We needed transportation for (2) different trips - The 1st (starting at 11:30am) for taking the groom (myself) and his party to the wedding venue from *********, ** and the 2nd (starting at 11:00pm) for taking the entire wedding party back to *********, ** from the wedding venue. I had no say in the limo company subcontractor selection process and no responsibility in coordinating schedule or logistics with the limo company subcontractor. A part of the agreement between myself and Price4Limo listed that there would be several tranches of payments prior to the date of service. The agreement did state that Price4Limo would share my payment information with the eventual limo company subcontractor. In this case, that was ****** Limousine. The disputed charges are the payments made to both Price4Limo and ****** Limousine. On 11/4/22, the reserved vehicle failed to arrive at the 11:30am pickup time per the agreement. We called Price4Limo on 11/4 (the day of pickup) to ask about the status of the pickup. They stated that there had been a breakdown in communication between Price4Limo and ****** Limo on the pickup time, and that the bus was ****** minutes away from the pickup location. We had to take two separate Rideshares costing approximately $300 to the dropoff location since the subcontracted limo ******************************** failed to perform. We now did not need the ***************** until 11:00pm to drive the wedding party from the venue back to *********, **. The Party Bus provider (******) had already charged a payment for the the full day of rental service prior to the 11/4/22 service date and is refusing to refund after several attempts. Price4Limo is stating that they have no control in regards to refunding the payment amount for the missed service from ****** even though our contract agreement is with Price4Limo for the full dollar amount of the reservation.

    This company is simply a middleman scam company that doesn't provide any contract information until after a deposit is taken. After a deposit is taken, a policy of the deposit being non-refundable is provided. This is clearly a company/middleman/broker that is designed to fleece and scam their customers. Stay away, or you'll pay more for a service that you can simply book with a local limo company.

    I was searching for a van shuttle for a birthday party in **********, ** for December 3rd. The company called and texted me with an offer above $3500, then after I spoke to the agent she was able to go to $3000 and I was told to give my credit card and then they would send the contract via email. Upon further review I stated that I did not need so many hours and they told me it was minimum 6 hours and I stated I wanted to cancel. Also, I found out that their charges were exorbitant and we decided not to even get a shuttle and just uber everyone. I emailed them to cancel within 3 hours. They also lied and said that they were a local company which they are not, they broker it looks like. They cancelled but refused to credit me back saying it was nonrefundable. I never got the contract to review prior to the charge so that makes no sense that they can charge me the full value when I had no time to review the offer. The credit card is to reserve and once the consumer signed the contract then it becomes final. Also, the text messages they sent did not have the notices regarding nonrefundable. I want my money back as this was a deceptive trade practice. As a ***** resident I am entitled to treble damages for the misrepresentations.

    1. no toilet paper we had to get our own 2. bathroom door did not stay shut 3. the ceiling was leaking ack of the bus and in the bathroom 4. smelled like cigarettes'5. the floor was so disgusting, dirty 6. seats were dirty I got Clorox wipes to wash them 7. the cubby was full of old (party before us) chex mix food!!!!8. driver did not give us privacy

    Date of transaction- ******************* of money-**** dollars We found Price4Limo while searching for a limousine service for my daughter's birthday around the 7th of March 2020 and booked a limo ride from them for March 14th 2020. However, that was the week of government shutdown for covid and the service was cancelled and never received and we were told that our money would be stored in a credit and we could book another service for another date after quarantine. There was no communication after that. Around February of this year we attempted to book another date with them and they told us they are a "third party service" that books limos and do not own any cars, and that the original company we booked with was no longer in business so the money could not be refunded. Instead, they offered a credit of 399 dollars to book another limo with them and we would have to pay again at their higher rates. We had already paid the full **** dollars

    I initially booked a 24 passenger party bus and had to downsize due to personal reasons. There was no information on the site stating any information regarding cancellations or refund policies. The bus was booked for July 23, 2022 on May 14th, 2022 for a total of $1,602.00. At the time of booking on May 14th 2022, I had to pay $702.00 for a deposit and this total of $702.00 is the refund I asked for. I sent an email asking for this refund and was told they only give out credits. I stated multiple times I do not want a credit for this company being they do not have the correct size vehicle for the dates and the times I need. I received phone calls after the fact and was told the representative was on "vacation" which caused the delay in conversations. I asked for the refund on May 23rd, 2022 which is only nine days later. There is no reason for them to not refund me and keep my $702.00 for a bus I have cancelled and no longer require their services as I have taken my business elsewhere and rented a new bus. Again, their website at price4limo.com does not have any policies listing no refunds are allowed and only credits will be issued.

    This company railroaded me into making a reservation when I was only seeking a quote. Upon entering my payment info I was IMMEDIATELY charged a $1,279 =.00 "deposit."It wasn't until AFTER they charged me that I received a contract stating that said "deposit" is not actually a deposit toward the booking, but merely a non-refundable service fee. This contact of course came before my eyes for the first time with "my digital signature" already attached only AFTER I was charged. This is sneaky at best and criminally devious at worst.As this information was not provided up-front, I attest that the contract is invalid. All of their language and practices indicate that they know full well how dishonest they are.
