    I bought a truck for over $60,000 on 9/10/24 with under ***** miles on it. A major accident was never disclosed to me at time of purchase. Also was sold to me with a lifetime warranty The truck started throwing engine codes. I take it in to a ***************** and they explain this truck was in a heavy impact ************** can not warranty the vehicle because of that.

    Though they were able to produce a carfax showing an accident.. this was never provided to me nor shown to me on the purchase date of the car. 

    I would have never purchased a truck that was knowingly in an accident. Therefore them showing me a carfax with an accident today does no good. 

    They say a lifetime warranty was issued but ** will not warranty a truck thats been in a collision. Rendering the warranty useless.

    Our preowned vehicles have carfaxs available at anytime on our website and available in store as well. The lifetime warranty we offer at no extra charge is valid on vehicles even if they have accidents on carfax.

    You state your used cars have carfaxs available. But you deceptively sold me a crashed car without showing me one. In ******* it is a deceptive practice to sell a car knowing it had an accident and not to disclose it to a customer.

    If they were available, southern 441 Toyota should have shown me a carfax. I know I asked verbally and was assured it was clean. But never shown an actual carfax. This is considered a deceptive practice in ******** 

    you sold me a car knowing it was crashed, knowing the value of the car wasnt what I expected it to be. At the time your sales team assured me I was buying a clean car.

    I have paid for an extended warranty and dealership is not honoring it.9/14/24 I purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Southern 441 Toyota. Purchase Price with trade in - $37,519.41. We inquired with the sales person ******* ***** that if we financed the vehicle is there an additional rebate, he said yes $500. We said ok. great. He indicated that this amount would be adjusted when we met with their finance department. We met with *****. He said ***** would not finance the entire truck and we would need to put a down payment of $2,800. We also indicated we wanted to purchase the extended warranty Platinum. He said we would need an additional down payment of $2,388. We agreed and reminded him repeatedly that the $500 credit for financing also needs to be applied. He said he would take care of that. As we were discussing the down payment, he said he could only accept the down payment from ******. It had to be in a form of cash or money order from Sophea. Since a trade in was involved, we went home to get the trade-in and came back with $2,800 cash. He gave us a receipt, the key to the truck and a piece of paper to put in the truck until we could come back the next day with the remaining down payment. 9/15/24-My aunt went back to dealership with $2,388 cash and was given a receipt by *****. He handed her, supposedly all of the documents that were signed by ****** along with the detail of the extended warranty.9/16/24-after reviewing the paperwork ***** gave us, the numbers did not add up.Purchase Price of Truck - $37,519.41 Extended Warranty - $2,288.00 + tax Credit for Financing ($500.00) + tax TOTAL PURCHASE with Warranty - $39,507.41 Amount Financed - $ ********* Total Down Payment $5,188.00 TOTAL PAYMENT W/FINANCING - $41,588.00 TOTAL OVERPAYMENT ($2,080.59) plus/minus tax SEE FULL COMPLAINT ATTACHED

    I purchased a car from the Southern 441 Toyota. I have attached the sticker on the car. As per the sticker Appearance package was included in the purchase price. Once I left for home and I noticed car did not have wheel locks as per the sticker price. It is easier to notice. I am not sure they have done paint guard or fiber guard, it's not visibly noticeable. I went back to the dealership and spoke to the manager and said we don't include the wheel locks because customer looses the key. He would not listen to my side and interrupting my genuine complain to resolve missing locks.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Southern Toyota 441, located at *****************************************************************************. On June 2023, I purchased a 2021 Toyota Corolla with the *** # ***************** from this dealership.Recently, the vehicle's battery failed, despite the clear 84-month warranty indicated on the battery labels. When I brought this issue to the dealership's attention, both the salesperson and the manager denied any warranty coverage. They claimed that the vehicle's warranty had expired, and therefore, the battery warranty was no longer valid.I provided the battery labels as proof of the 84-month warranty, but they were dismissed. I believe this is a clear violation of the warranty and a disregard for my consumer rights.I am requesting that Southern Toyota 441 honor the battery warranty and cover the cost of replacement.

    Nature of Complaint:Deceptive Sales Practices and Lack of Transparency in ************* Complaint Details:I purchased ************* through Southern 441 Toyota based on assurances from their financial manager that the policy would cover the difference between my car insurance payout and the remaining loan balance in the event of a total loss. However, the dealership failed to provide documentation at the time of purchase, nor did they disclose critical terms such as the use of NADA valuation for determining coverage. This omission left me unaware of significant limitations in the policy.After my vehicle was deemed a total loss due to a natural disaster, the ************* provider ************************* only covered $3,153.09 of the remaining loan balance, leaving me with over $7,000 in debt. Upon requesting clarification, I was provided with a vague screenshot of the vehicle valuation process. The methodology appears arbitrary, inconsistent, and lacks transparency, further fueling my concerns about deceptive practices.Had I been made aware of these limitations during the sale, I would not have purchased this coverage. The dealership marketed ************* as comprehensive protection, yet the actual outcome contradicts these representations. This situation reflects a lack of transparency, misrepresentation of product benefits, and potential fraud.Resolution Sought:Acknowledge the failure to disclose material terms of the ************* policy.Provide a full and transparent explanation of how the payout figure was calculated.Investigate and rectify misleading sales practices by the dealerships staff.Offer financial assistance to cover the remaining loan balance caused by the misrepresentation of the ************* policy.Desired Outcome:Southern 441 Toyota must take accountability for the deceptive practices and resolve this issue promptly.     Took My Toyota Highlander 2020 For Repair the sensors at southern 441 toyota ( Suggested by them ) They did their work. Right After that in 2 hours sensors stopped working. spent money twice, Spend 2 days as well. Same thing happened again in last week of December. They said they changed the sensors but still it was not working. When i went back they wanted to put my car there for another try. i said ok, But Give my money back and than perform the service again. because after spending money issue was not solved. So they don't want to refund the money. And my car as of March 21st 2024 running without sensors. For My Satisfaction i got quote from another ********** Toyota as well to ensure what they did. and i attached that paper with Invoice.

    We purchased a 2022 Toyota Rav4 hybrid from the dealership. With this purchase, we also purchased the extended warranty, service maintenance agreement and gap insurance. The vehicle was sold 7/2023. I submitted the cancellation form for those items on 9/20/2023. Along with submitting that form, I also submitted the payoff letter from Toyota finance company that was requested by the dealership. Both of the forms were submitted via email to *************************, she originally sent me the cancellation form. I have followed up with ***** several times via email on when I could expect the refund to be sent. I have been told multiple time frames of when I should receive the refund. First I was told 4-6 weeks, next I was told 5-8 weeks and lastly, I was told **** weeks. All of those timeframes have passed. I attempted to follow up with *****, she is now refusing to contact me back. I would like help in resolving this matter and help with receiving my prorated refund on those items that were cancelled.     I took my vehicle to this dealership due to my car having issues with acceleration and transmission failure. They had my vehicle for 4 hours and told me they didnt find anything wrong. 4 days later my transmission went completely out. So I dont understand how they didnt find anything wrong, I took my vehicle to them a day prior to my warranty expiring. I explained to them I didnt want to leave and my warranty expires before you fix the issues. Once I called to tell them about my transmission failure they then made every excuse possible to not take accountability. Now that the warranty is expired I was forced to surrender my vehicle resulting in a voluntary repo on my record because I didnt have $5,000 to get it fixed. Leaving me without a vehicle. I had several certified mechanics come to my house and look at the car and they all told me there was no way possible southern Toyota didnt see that my transmission was going out because they pulled up codes as soon as they plugged my car up.

    I purchased a SUV the last week in July of this year. I did not notice that ******* had checked two warranties, totally over two thousand. I spoke with *****************************, on 8-16-2023 and he said, it would ***********-8 weeks to resolve and any interest on the money would be removed. Nothing has changed. Each time that I have called, Toyota finance, the amount is still the same, and they claim they have never received anything.
