    The absolute worst tow company I've ever dealt with theyhave no consideration of the vehicles they tow!! I got Completely robbed for $650 to get the car back from them to the see the bottom of the bumper was completely scratched an scuffed up an the plastic piece next to my fog light is missing an no where to be found I have pictures showing the before an after of the car where you see no damages! I just wish someone can put this company out of business because they constantly kept telling me to they for the people an are not about just taking peoples money when clearly that's the only business they're in an also the damaging your property business seems to be there bread an butter.

    This vehicle had damage already fired to ask they picking it up, just for clarification. We are a nonconsent between an income business. We are contracted by associations to do private property impound, this vehicle was picked up at a condominium and was there illegally part. Therefore, we received the code to have it picked up and that is what we did we found the vehicle and therefore he was charged the fee to have the vehicle released, our fees are by the county and consumer affairs of **********. Not only ourselves, but an investigator with consumer affairs explained to him that the vehicles are towed at the owners expense and our signs are up throughout the community. I will also attach a picture of our signs for back up, to demonstrate where the sign say, the vehicle is towed at the owners expense. Should you have any questions please call me at ************

    The previous message has some typos and it sent prior to being corrected so the first part of the message should say we are a nonconsent Towing business contracted directly with HOAs , and apartment complexes. We only do private property impound, directed by them or by the sheriff department. This vehicle was picked up at a condominium, and the violation was that he was parked there without being a resident,and the appropriate visitor parking sticker . Therefore, he was violating the condominium rules and we were sent in to have the vehicle removed. All We did was our job.
