9/5 I went to pick up my Husbands scooter, I was greeted very pourly and was gave the run around multiple times. In the beginning he was in the hospital it took them 3 days to let me know those was a form I could fill out to release the bike to myself. In that same conversation I was told thier was only damage to the plastic and the bike could most likely be drivin away. When I got there the guy didn't even walk me in the back because he knew what I was about to witness. My bike in a million pieces thrown all across their yard. Not only did they not care how they treated the bike but they stole the ignition out of it.the buttons were unbuttoned properly and even the bolts were unscrewed with no bending or damage that would have shown it was from the crash. ***** also explains why they kept refusing to tell me about my key. Then I went to speak the the man expecting him to want to know who gave me this information and let him know how they just threw my bike on the ground and everything was all over those yard was unexpected. I was greeted by the lady in the picture calling me a crackhead w**** s*** ECT and that it was my problem not there because I never got a name of who I spoke to. The STOLE THE IGNITION OUT OF MY BIKE AND TORE OFF THE PLASTIC to make it look worse then what actually happened. Even the plastic didn't have a scratch or s bent peice on it! Now yes he was in a crash but takeing my bike apart throwing it on the yard like trash calling me names and haveing no sympathy what's so ever was uncalled for. On top of this calling me every name in the book while I'm picking up a scooter they trashed and my boyfriend can barely walk. They were extremely mean and were basically laughing at my situation said it was my problem and to get off thier yard because I started taking pictures. I expect them to replace my ignition they stole and I'm going to the police department to get the accident pics to prove it was there. 25$ a day to 6 days later $400.

I am going to get the police report in hopes it proves that my bike indeed had a ignition when it was towed by them. As stated you can clearly see nothing had been ripped out, everything was removed properly/professionally. Even down to the plastic thiers no dents or scratches, all the plastic was ripped off.

The lady called and called while her boyfriend was in the hospital. We told her repeatedly that we cannot release the scooter to you. We can only release it to the owner.  Supposedly, her boyfriend was in in the Hospital in bad condition. And we even told her we hope he gets better soon.

The scooter was involved in an accident. And the scooter is made in *****. The pieces broke from the accident,   You can tell by her pictures. We do not want a scooter nor did we break anything on their, scooter?

We can only release the scooter to the owner. So finally, he came out of the hospital within the week and came and paid for the scooter. They were unhappy because of the condition of the scooter. Which is not our fault? It was involved in an accident like I said before.....

They were mad that they had to pay towing and storage in order to get the scooter back and it was not in usable condition !

We even told them if they did not pay for the scooter. There was gonna be a lean put against the boyfriend's license.....

She came in the office yelling at screaming at my wife...... My wife told Her to get out of the office and the impound lot !

Nobody used any tools or touched anything on the scooter.....

If she really thought we did something to her scooter, she could have called the cops........We have cameras in the yard and security ********* the way around !

She is mad cause the scooter is in worse condition then she thought, not our fault,

They didn't have a working kickstand so it was left leaning on its side !!!

      Thanks ****** (Owner)

I am rejecting this response because: *************** quickly to the email because i am not sure of the time frame, i do have additional pictures that i can provide in another email. I came into the office and spoke with a man at his desk , NOT the women, she came in aggressively interrupting our conversation. they are saying its on video so maybe they can show you said video of this altercation. Yes, ***** was a lean on the bike and we had to pay regardless so why lie about the condition of the bike? I simply went back there to tell him an employee said this and three days later this is how i find the bike, so either one of two things happened. 1. They thought he wasn't getting out of the hospital and i would be picking up the bike not knowing i already spoke with someone who supposedly went and checked on the bike asking for color, brand, ect, not knowing this they took what parts they wanted and threw it on the ground, i mean personal items were scattered threw thier yard, or B. They just lied either way both situations are wrong! The entire Ignition was missing! and i will see if i can get the police pictures proving it was there if they have them. It was not ripped off as if it were due to the crash, you can clearly see it was taken out professionally unplugged and unscrewed. Now when your in a wreck those pieced come with the bike right, so where is the ignition? thiers even plastic around that area that's not even broke. you can clearly see this wasn't ripped out it was taken out. i know the bike has been in a accident and i will have to pay to fix it and that is our issue but my issue is the stolen ignition, the customer service of a women getting in my face while i am not even speaking to her calling me a crackhead ect, i asked the guy wouldn't you want to atleast know who was on duty the day of this call and he said no it wasn't thier problem. yes i should have called the cops and made a police report and looking back i wish i had. unfortunately everything was escalating so badly the best thing for everyone was to leave and with all the emptions flying it wasn't until they kicked me off the lot that i noticed how perfectly removed my ignition was. They claimed to have no idea where my keys were, Why because it was in the ignition! i can say this again i have no ill intent nor do i wish to continue going back and forth but what is right is right what is wrong is wrong. 1.calling me every name in the book while i was speaking with a gentlemen in his office she comes barging in with a very loud tone telling me I should have asked for names and to leave, very noticeable that they did not want to be around when we found the bike. .2. lying over the phone saying the bike was in riding condition. 2.They would not even walk back there with me because they knew what i was about to witness. 3.not even attempting to find out who gave me this information. 4.looking with just your eye the wires and plugged were unplugged not ripped out, the plastic surrounding the entire ignition in perfect condition, yet no ignition. If in fact that was not the case you get your parts back and this did not happen. I will provide more pictures and also police pictures since the same company towed the vehicle to see if we can prove it was there and ill be in touch. I will pay for my bike to be fixed but i expect my ignition to be replaced. Also as said already the bike was not leaned the the side, it was thrown on the ground scattered everywhere i mean i was literally picking up pieces around the yard to the bike including personal belongings. Maybe they should show the camera and how yes i was mad but was not aggressive and you can see who the aggressor was, your supposed to stay professional, listen to you customer and investigate to see if what they are saying is true. but they did not care at all, after they got thier money they laughed everything off saying it wasn't thier problem and it was what it was and they did not care. What kind of buisness is ran like this! It doesn't take a professional to look at those pictures and see that part was not ripped out yanked or knocked off, it has wires plugs and screws along with thin plastic around those areas that were intact, seriously! I am only asking for what's fair even with the rudest customer service i've ever gotten in my life. At the end of all this is when i started to become irate because I was lied to, Spoken to like trash, With not a care in the world with what i had to say nor to even entertain or even try to act as if they cared. They were so blunt with it that you can tell they have done this before and have gotten away with it with no consequence at all. I JUST WANT WHATS FAIR! i can except everything else and the other situations but i cant except the fact that you can tell the peice to my bike was removed and not from the crash, its clear as day, the wires aren't ripped off plugs aren't missing plastics not broken , i mean come on really?

      Sincerely,
