      Comany texted me after a recent order asking me to "check out our new deals". I followed the link, which listed an item free of charge. I ordered the item, and paid for shipping, but recieved an email the next day that the order was canceled. No explanation or contact was initiated on TheVintageGenylemen's end, so I emailed them asking why offer the item for free if they were not willing to fulfill the order. I got a reply that this was a glitch their system, and the item should not have been listed for free I asked that they correct the website, which was still listing the item for free two days later. They denied the request and claimed I was being unscrupulous for trying to order the item they adveristed to me as free. Buyers beware.

      We had a promotion for a free bifold for a g customer that spends over $229. This is clearly listed on the website. The customer was able to search for a hidden product on the website and find the bifold at $0 without making any other purchase. We clearly ar list the terms of the free offer, and a purchase of $229 or more is required.

      I'm rejecting their response because it is not accurate. Their website still currently lists this item, and a few others as "Free", not as part of a promotion or sale, they are simply listed free of charge. I made no searches on their site, just followed the "check out our new deals" link they texted me. I've attached screenshots of a wallet, ring, flask, and bracelet, all listed for free. I've asked the company to correct the listings if they are not free. They refused.

      Purchased order in February 1 and included a purchase for 2-3 day expedited shipping. Requested update on order February 3 . Received update on February 6 indicating order should be processed by February 7. Sent follow up email on February 8 and still no response and still no item having completed processing. Card was charged for full amount on February 1.

      I ordered a ring for my husband. The ring was shipped and I needed to exchange it. The company will not respond to me nor tell me how to resolve this issue. Upon reviewing other reviews from past customers this business typically does this.

      We shipped the ring promptly as originally ordered and was delivered on December 5th according to tracking number ****************************** with ****. The customer ordered the wrong size and needed to exchange for a new size. On December 12th, we emailed a return label to the email on the order at ************************* in which the item to be returned and a new ring size sent out. The tracking for this return label with **** is **********************************. We are still awaiting receipt of the item, as verified by the tracking. We also sent another email today to with the shipping return label.

      Date of Transaction: 11/21/21 Amount of money paid to business: $90.96 Order number: 27215 Ordered item online, never received confirmation email. Emailed customer support x3 (no email back). Contacted representative through website on 1/26/22 and was told a Product Specialist would be contacting me for additional assistance regarding my order status and asking for my phone number and received order number at this time. Product specialist never contacted me. Only form of communication for customer service is email address currently. No phone number listed.
