      I gave a 50% ($1012.50) down payment for my gutters to be installed over a month ago. I have called several times requesting answers and I keep getting the run around from the office manager (******). Initially I was told a specific date for the installation, when that didnt happen I had to call and was given another date and I would be called if it didnt happen, neither happened and I had to call again and I was told it was a supply issue. Im very frustrated with this company because if theyre having legitimate supply issues, they need to be a bit more proactive and communicate with their customers. I requested a refund of my down payment and of course they have a no refund policy that they completely failed to mention at the time of sale. The very last communication that was made last week, I was told that the installation would happen today Monday June 10th. Guess what? No installation and no call to communicate anything either. Thats what I get for going with the least expensive gutter service. Be very cautious dealing with this business. I will provide and update on this situation in the next couple of days, and if this isnt resolved Im going to get my attorney involved.
