    I ordered the WISE pills from them and when I got the bottle I opened it like normal. The smell was so overwhelmingly disgusting and rotten. I even had two others smell to ensure it wasnt just me. I sent the pills back about 3 to 4 weeks ago never heard a single thing that they received them. Called today and she told me it takes about 1 to 2 weeks to process returns. I said its been three or four weeks. She said well I can take your information and write it down and check into it. I said also, I will not accept an account credit on this because I dont want to buy anything else from you, Im disgusted. she said well thats our policy because the bottle was open. I said can I speak to a manager because Im not accepting that policy and need to involve someone else now. She told me you go ahead and involve someone else and have yourself a nice day and hung up on me.

    *********************** reached out letting us know of her concern with the Wise capsules as the screenshots show. We then advised her of her options per our return and exchange policy. Some natural supplements will naturally have a strong smell, **** is one of them from the nootropics. She never replied to the e-mail advising her of her options to exchange for something different.

    The package was received June 19th, we process returns in the order they are received 7-14 business days from that delivery date. 
    Our company had an event the week of June *****th at ********* in ******* ******* so our offices were closed since the 20th. I do see the package was on queue for processing. But keep in mind, the product was marked as all sales are final since it was purchase during out Memorial Sale, but as a courtesy we offered Product credit. Which she is refusing as stated in her initial complaint e-mail and her Return form.

    I was just notified today of processing a 'happiness guarantee' credit and that's not ok as I do not want anymore of their products. I am requesting a full refund to my original form of payment. The company is lying about all the stipulations and guarantee on their site for their sale. They also made a claim in the last response that I was supposed to know it was 'potent smell' but there is nothing on the website description stating such:

    I began taking the pill to lower my cortisol levels and experienced horrible stomach pains and diarrhea. On recommendations from the consultant I stopped taking it. I waited a week and then only took 1 instead of the 2 suggested dose. The pain and intestinal discomfort was severe.

    I purchased 2 orders from the company Arieyl. I have paid $249.20 with this company and when I inquire about the product I purchased I only get told "your order will ship this week, your order is going out this week, we just received more supplies and we began production again and your order will ship this week" I ordered March 1st 2024 and also March 17th 2024. NO product yet and when I inquired about a refund I was denied. I would like to report this company.

    I ordered a product called Oh Take My Pic online from Arieyl on February 23,2024. I was told it would be 7-10 business days. As of today 3-25-2024, I have not received the product. When customer service has replied they continuously state it will be shipped next week. Apparently they are having supplier issues

    We have been on preorder for O Take My Pic since 2/1.Per our website these will be on a 4-6 week preorder/wait, never have we been able to get the orders out/ advertised 7-10 days. We have sent out several email giving updates regarding the delay as well as offering a free product for the delay. Our shipment of our O Take My Pic arrived today and all February orders have started shipping out. I have attached our most recent email update to this reply.

    Please see the attached messages from Arieyl support that continues to state will be shipped next week.  They did offer a free product for inconvenience but I still have not received the product I ordered on Feb 23.  They didnt start calling it a pre order until a couple weeks after I ordered, thats where the aggravation comes from.  The last email I got from them states I would  receive my order last week.  No product, no update. Every email the company sends states in subject line order has shipped

    Our O'Take My Pic product has been on Pre-Order since February 2nd, we did send out a Promotional Code for a Free item just pay shipping and handling. *********************** failed to claim said Free item on a timely manner, yet we still honored it after the fact on April 1st weeks after it had expired. On the description of the product there is an estimated time of fulfillment process to begin. 4-6 weeks from order date. We began the fulfillment process for February orders mid March. These orders were fulfilled in the order they were received.

    This business advertises products in MLM style with promoters. The promoter pushed for orders to get in for the product. Ordered on 2/4/24, then got nothing but excuses why it hasnt shipped. Got no updates from company until 2/26/24 got a tracking number, order still has not shipped. Called customer service for a refund, they offered a 10 credit on their site which I will not be ordering again. Customer service rep was rude over the phone and hung up, said no refunds. They have had my money over 30 days I have no product. They are still actively promoting people to order this product but have people waiting over a month. Shady MLM business practices. I want a refund, I dont even want this product from a company that operates this fashion. Bad business practices. Do not buy from them.

    While we have provided updates and very clear verbiage during the order process we do understand ********************* frustration, as a small business we never anticipated that our product would go viral on several social media platforms causing such a demand.  Due to the increased demand in product we have worked diligently to increase our inventory to avoid future delays.  At the time of her order our system clearly stated that our O'Take My Pic order was on Pre-sale.  On February, 26th we created a shipping label for any outstanding orders that were placed in our system prior to February 24th.  At that time we affixed the labels to the package required to fulfill the order so that when the product did arrive at our facility we could simply place the product in the package, seal it, and have it picked up by our mail carrier rather than waiting for the product to arrive and then preparing the labels thus delaying the orders further by several additional days.  We sent a mass email out to anyone who would be affected by the pre-label situation to let them know that just because a label has been created does not mean the package has left our office.  I have attached a copy of the email that was sent just after this batch of labels was created.  

    We did receive a batch of products today that fulfilled all remaining order numbers within the order criteria of 122*** which did include ********************* order.  After ***************** called our office today and threatened to come to our location we terminated the phone call, canceled her order, closed her account, and processed a partial refund to her.  We do not process cancelation on the O'Take My Pic orders since the packages have already been affixed to a label and we have thousands of orders awaiting shipment, making it very difficult to find the order.  We do allow for customers to utilize our Happiness Guarantee process after they receive their product.  Since ********************* order was included in a very small batch of orders that was being sent out today we were able to recover the package and process the cancelation at 11:21 today.  ***************** may not be aware of the cancelation and refund yet at this time since it could take up to 72 business hours for her bank to process the refund.  

    Attached you will find clear details about the pre-order status at the time of her order and details on her cancelation. ***** to today ***************** has not made any attempts via email or phone to contact our customer service team to inquire about her order.

    I am rejecting this response because: the rep miss represented the time frame of this item. I will attach message saying that after my order is would ship Monday which would have been 2/5/24 and that it usually takes 5 days. I did in fact not say I was coming to their facility as I live in PA and they are in **, that is a lie. There was zero reason since the item was not actually shipped a refund could not have been processed, offering a lousy $10 credit after me telling them, I wouldnt be ordering again, was not going to fix the problem. I did say I would contact my credit card as directed by the BBB site. I will not open the package and will process request from the guarantee when it is received. Still terrible predictors MLM to be promoting products you dont have to sell and reps giving false information to get paid. Still do not recommend

    I received these products and was very excited about using them after using them for 2 days I got VERY sick throwing up. I decided these products were not for me. I went to the local post office and sent them back which cost me 27.50. I just want my money back. I have never bought products from a business that does not give you your money back I do not want any of their other merchandise I just want my money back. They website is so messed up I ordered 2 packages in error. And i can’t get anyone to respond to my last email to assure this has been taken care of.

    They only reimbursed me for 1 package and not both of them. I know I did open the other one, but I would still expect to be able to get some kind of reimbursement from that box as well it was over $200 box, and all I used was 2 gummies out of each boxes, and a squirt from both bottles. That is not worth my whole 292. In my opinion. I should at least get part of that back. Since I sent that back within my 30 days. Most companies have a 30 day money back guarantee.

    I have attached our response to Ms. *********  Per our happiness guarantee all unopened items returned within 30 business days are refunded to the customer minus a 10% restocking fee.  All opened items can be returned within 60 days for product credit.  This policy has been in effect and visible on our website to the customers with no changes for over a year.  One of Ms. ********* packages was unopened and a refund was processed to her card on file minus the 10%.  The other order, all items were opened so a product credit was applied to her Arieyl account.  In the second attached email she did ask how she could use these funds which was followed up with an email explanation of how the happiness guarantee funds could be utilized.  We have processed a return per our guidelines on both packages.  Additionally, I have attached a copy of the return orders to assist you.  Order ****** was refunded to the card on file for original orde* ******* since no items were open.  Order ****** was processed to Happiness Guarantee (product credit) for original order ******* since all items were open.

    I followed exact directions to order a "specific" 4 pack of items, when I received the items, I received all "samples". I reached out to the party who was the representative and was told, oh you ordered the wrong things, something along the lines of "retail" or what not. OK, fine I will return the items and get a refund. It is not what i ordered, expected or arrived. I opened the package, saw it was nothing as ordered, put it back in and contacted them. The customer service party sends a letter to complete and you need to return in 30 days, ok, fine, I will do that. You also have to pay a restocking fee of 10%, ok, fine. I send the product back and get a customer service email- i didn't return a few of the "samples" and they made an exception to return the "samples" even tho they don't normally do that. First of all, they knew my order in customer service and sent me the return form. So, that's untruthful. Secondly, now stating that I basically STOLE items i didn't even want or order and took my time and MONEY to return the items to them. This company is a scam, they use social media and false representations to sell products. BUYER BEWARE. I want my money back, any VIP promotions where they continuously charge your card for reorders to be canceled as well. Also, the representative wont assist either, her platform on ****** blocks you. SCAM.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/11/01) */ ******** placed an order for our gummy gang sample pack which includes 7 samples. The submission of the order and credit card authorization by the customer match that of this item (see attached order details). We made an exception to allow her to return this package even though the return policy provided on our website and to the customer clearly state samples are not returnable. In an original email from the customer she stated that she received 8 sample packs (image included). Our fulfillment team packs the orders and an additional representative checks each order for accuracy prior to mailing them. Additionally, the weight of the package matches the weight of the order being fulfilled correctly, a gummy gang sample pack weighs 6oz. We received 5 out of 7 samples back within her return. We were missing our highbernation gummy and our slay all day gummy samples. In her original email she stated she received 8 sample packs, we only received back 5 sample packs, and her submission to the BBB states 4 sample packs. Even though we did not receive all items we did still credit her for the 5 sample gummies that we did receive back even though an exception had already been made. $63.48 was returned back to her which included her tax and 5 out of 7 samples minus a 10% restocking fee. Excluded from her refund was the 2 missing samples, shipping, and the 10% restocking fee.

    On April 21, 2022 we placed an order with Arieyl, LLC for the following for one Slay All Day Energy Gummy and three 1500mg Watermelon Mojito Full Spectrum Tincture. All products were fine, with the exception of one of the tinctures. May 18th, while on a work trip, I began using one of the tincture. After taking a dose, I noticed that it was discolored and tasted rancid. Shortly after taking the product, I felt nauseated. I though perhaps it was just because I had coffee immediately prior, so the next day, I took the product again and again felt nauseated. On June 3,2022, we contacted the company to let them know and to get a replacement and we were told that they couldn't do that. The two other tinctures were fine and since they all came from the same batch, it was most likely that it was how we stored the product. This cannot be true since we stored all of the products together. This morning we were told that we were outside the 60 day happiness guarantee timeline and they cannot help us. Since we got the product delivered on April 21, today would be day 51. We no longer what their proclivity, but we do want a refund of the $95 we spent on that single rancid tincture. We will no longer use any products from Arieyl and will vocally discourage anyone we know from doing so as well. The company is unwilling to make this right.
