    Do not use this company for work on your pool. The entire experience was nothing short of a disaster. First off, Al doesn’t know how to schedule which can become very annoying when he empties your pool and puts a loud pump at the bottom. He then expects it to stay that way for weeks while absolutely no work is being done. Second, once the work does get done it’s done poorly. His people incorrectly installed the waterline tile causing water to then poor onto the deck and unfortunately into my kitchen. Al swears that his men did the work correctly, but he never came out to see their finished work, and I have a picture to prove the tile is not level. Even upon showing Al this proof he swears his work was done correctly. Now I’m having to pay $800 to have drains installed to fix his mistake. He tried blaming the issue on the deck company, but the problem is that the deck was laid on top of the waterline tile. After trying to explain things to Al he just goes nuts trying to tell you it wasn’t his fault. I had to block him from my cell in order to stop him from texting me. Next I’ll probably have to file a restraining order. Please save yourself and don’t use this company. Al tells you everything you want to hear and then doesn’t do any of it, and then when there’s an issue he doesn’t fix it like he should. He can never admit to being wrong. He says strives for customer service, but any time I brought up an issue it was just him telling me he did nothing wrong. I’m sure he’ll respond to this message trying to accuse me of saying bad things about a small company, but I really don’t want you to waste $10k like I did and to have to go through this headache. Please use a more established company for your investment on your pool.

    Our job was done correctly and can be proven

    The waterline tile was set correctly for your paver installation. I did not do your deck, and I am not sure if they advised you that you had a low spot on that side against your door to install some drains. I know I would have advised you if I did it.  It is unfair that you judge my work because I did not want to pay the $800 for your drains that they were charging you. I kept a close contact with your husband on every visit and we did your pool in record time. And I did not appreciate the language that you used with me very unprofessional, but I was able to speak with your husband just fine.
