    I made a purchase on July 6 for their Blueprints program. My concerns are centered on significant misinformation provided during the sales & marketing process, which has led to unmet expectations and dissatisfaction with the product. The sales materials and presentations contained several claims about the product's benefits and capabilities that were misleading. The information provided during the sales process did not accurately reflect the product's actual content and utility. Despite my diligent efforts to utilize the provided resources, the product failed to deliver on the key promises made during the sales pitch. This has resulted in a substantial gap between what was advertised and the actual value received. According to ************************ (***) guidelines, businesses are required to provide truthful and accurate information about their products. The misleading information provided by **************************** affiliates constitutes deceptive advertising, which is a violation of these guidelines. I initially contacted Legendary Marketer's customer support to request a refund based on the misinformation provided. Despite my detailed explanation and references to the *** guidelines, my request was denied multiple times. I received responses that reiterated the company's standard refund policy and highlighted various support resources, which do not address the core issue of the initial misleading information.

    When I purchase legendary marketer blueprints for $2500, I expected way more than what I received. However, I did notice something very strange. One day, I caught a video where **** was counting checks and how much those checks added up to. Those checks were almost $50,000. The checks were coming from places like Click Funnels, and Aweber. I suddenly realized that his program was telling people to get account accounts with ClickFunnels and a ******, and he was making commission from his students, before his students even made a sale. This is a scam. The education is outdated with many videos from 2014 (said by the person in the video) and ********************* and dimes his students, by telling them what systems to purchase, then collecting from those systems. I want a refund from this company. I paid them $2500, and at least 6 months of Aweber and ClickFunnels. This isnt right.

    Bought the $7 course May 8, ************************* learning the business when I had the zoom meeting with the advisor he made it seem like the only we I could make it was by buying the BLUEPRINT, so on June 12 I figured how I would ne making payment but it wasn't worth it because I made about 70 the whole time with promises that I would be making thousands in the months to come. Now in April 2024 $70ish was all I made. Bad business practices

    I have purchased a digital course from Legendary Marketer whos starting price is only $7, but they convince you to buy the business blueprint package for $2500 which I unfortunately did in January. The course has a 14 day refund, but the amount of content inside of the course is impossible to go through within that period of time, so you can see if you actually got some value out of it. Eventually the whole course is very misleading and confusing, and their whole point is to get you to take those blueprints and make you their affiliate - which is what all their students are doing. So I realized that I would have to scam people (as they did to me), telling them to buy some digital course for only $7 but eventually knowing they will be receiving and upsell of $2500. So it didnt feel right for me, and I just gave up from the course and didnt want to continue implementing anything from there. Now I asked them to get the refund of the same, as I simply dont see the value, and I received an email back saying its rejected as its out of 14 days period. The worst part is that I know for a fact that they were offering refunds to people even outside those 14 days, and that happened just few days back (2 friends of mine got it back), and now all of a sudden they are rejecting saying that they are upholding their principles and ethics. I want to understand how can they choose to whom are they giving refunds, and are they allowed to implement different rules to different people. Because if those 2 people that I know (and wrote the same reason for refunds) got their money back, then I should too.

    May 2023 was when this purchase occurred. I was told If I followed this $7 challenge, I would make money online by being an affiliate for a bunch of popular companies. I was completely shocked by the upsell as I was told repeatedly it only cost seven dollars to learn this information. and felt I was very strongly coerced and misinformed in the way they handled this entire transaction.. I was pregnant and told my advisors that I really needed to make money used back to my advantage to purchase the $2500 upsell. I also paid another $1500 on top of that to a business entity of an LLC, which I could have done at a lot more affordable price . literally on day 15 I regretted it once I had gone through their 15 day challenge program but their policy is to only refund you before the 14th day.. I have been fighting with my credit card company for months over this, and they are currently paying blasted on the news for their unethical marketing tactics. I honestly just want my money back . never promoted them not even for a day once I got set up and realized it was so dishonest and unethical. They are being blasted all over the news right now and I know its so many people that got their money back and I dont think its fair but I havent gotten mine back. Thank you

    I have been doing affiliate marketing with legendary for sometime now. There has not been any sales made yet I continuously talk to potential customers and I am gaining followers consistently.Recently I had someone go through my link and purchase the $7 dollar course. Though I was not credited for the sale. I reached out to Legendary support and the representative told me that they signed up through another affiliate. I knew this wasn't true because I was in direct communication with this person and they told me they used my link. When I sent screenshots over to the representative she said that they operate on a "Last Touch" system so the last link they clicked on would be under that affiliate. But this person did use my link and I have screenshots of this person explicitly saying they used my link. I did some digging into this matter and have come to find out that Legendary has cookies attached to affiliates. So say if someone sees a video of an affiliate and clicks on it. That person then gets exposed to other affiliates and decides to purchase from someone else. Well the initial video they clicked on is cookied to that person. So, even if someone purchased from you the other affiliate is making the commission. This is all over tiktok and more people are coming out saying they are not being credited because the person "signed up through another affliate". This is unfair and unethical.

    on 1/31/2023 I purchased the blueprints to legendary marketer. I put in the effort, attended the day in a decade workshop on March 3rd because that was the first time that I could make work in my schedule with my full time job. I spent the weeks leading up to it, watching the videos and trying to understand the process. I reached out to a few affiliates with questions I had and could not get precise/directs answers. I realized that this is not something I want to pursue. I got my domain up and I was working through the *********** website(that I need to cancel) I simply just want a refund. I have heard from many affiliates that the blueprints take many months to get through and **** after a year, the blueprints contain so much that they have not gotten through it.

    I elevated concerns of Legendary Marketers to ************* who prospects you for this company. I made the purchase of $2,500.00 US Dollars on 01/04/2023. The sales pitch was good. But I quickly learned as a 8am-4:30 pm worker, that the only live support you get is 1pm EST. I wrote to customer support several times with tons of questions after completing their 15 Day Challenge as I know nothing about affiliate marketing. I received no reply nor a reply to have my one-on-one mentoring included in the price be after 4:30pm which I requested to customer support. After repeated emails I got no reply. I completed what is called a Decade In a Day zoom on 2/3/23 which was not teaching anything except how to make an e-book. At this point I knew this was a scam. I immediately wrote for a full refund. In which Legendary Marketing discloses there is a 30 day refund after the 15 Day Challenge. I got a reply back from a woman named ***** and ************* stating the refund request has to be within 14 days of purchase. Which is rediculous because the main course itself is 15 days. Secondly, I have given you the ****** Link below which states Legendary Marketer states their refund policy as follows:********************************** > delivery-refund-policy Refund Policy - Legendary Marketer********************************** delivery-refund-policy Member has THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for the 15-Day Online Business Builder Challenge.I have since removed my credit card as Legendary Marketer is attempting to charge my card a $30.00 monthly subscription fee which was not disclosed to me when I made the purchase. Ony upon demanding a full refund on Friday 2/3/23 did I hear from customer support. I have uploaded receipts including Legendary Marketer 30 Day Refund Policy right from their own website.The outcome I am expecting is a full refund of all charges.Best Regards.************************

    I purchased the Blueprints for Legendary on April 6, 2022 which cost **** dollars. I have been promoting Legendary for 6 months putting in hard and consistent work. One of the main things legendary stand by is that if you put in hard work you will receive results which is something I have done. Within these 6 months I made absolutely no money. I reached out several times to my BPA and customer support on live chat asking if there are any way I could improve my accounts and how to make them better in order to start making sales. I implemented all the strategies they provided and reviewed the blueprints several times. After the 6 months I was so disappointed and decided to ask for a refund. This wasnt allowed however they offered me a marketing training session. It is now 2 months later and I have decided to ask for another refund and it was declined again - they stated once again that the refund policy is only 14 days. 14 days is not enough time to review the training library that is provided with legendary. People need to be given more of a chance to see if this is something they want to invest into. Especially since i felt pressurised into purchasing it due to the special offer on day 5 and I felt as though I was missing out if I didn't purchase. **** is a lot of money to lose out on especially at these difficult times. I really don't understand why a refund can't be offered - I have made absolutely no money promoting legendary . I put in consistent hard work for 6 months posting every single day. It's unfair that yous can't come to a compromise. I don't want anymore training and I don't plan to use this training going forward. I really would appreciate my money back.
