    On December 23, 2024, I purchased four gift cards for Woodie's Wash Shack as they were having a promotion where if you purchased a $100 gift card you received a gift card for $150 ($50 added to $100 gift card). In total, I was charged $400.00 for the four gift cards. I purchased one for myself which I redeemed right away in the Woodie's app on my phone and $150.00 was added to my wallet in the app. The other three gift cards were gifts at Christmas. I recently found out that the people I gifted them to attempted to use their gift cards and all three found that their gift card had a zero balance not the $150.00 they were supposed to have on their card. I have attempted to resolve this issue with ******** through their customer service and I have not been able to do so.

    Dear Ms. ****** and Mr. ****************** you for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to address Mr. ****** concerns regarding the gift cards purchased on December 23, 2024, as part of our promotional offer.

    We sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience caused by the zero balances on three of the four gift cards, as well as for the delay in our response. Our promotion is designed to provide a total value of $150.00 for each $100.00 gift card purchased, and we understand how disappointing it is when the cards do not reflect the proper balance.

    Upon learning of this issue, we conducted an internal review of our gift card system. We discovered that the balances for the three affected gift cards were likely loaded onto virtual gift cards instead of the physical ones, resulting in the appearance of a $0.00 balance. We have reached out to Mr. ***** directly at the email address provided ************************** to work toward resolving this matter and ensuring that the correct balances are applied.

    On October 31, 2024, I went to the car wash, Woodie Wash Shack on ***********************************. I use this car wash every month. I also usually stay there to vacuum my car. I didn't have time to stay today. When I was finally ready to work on the details, I noticed scratches on the back of the car just above the rear bumper. I have no doubt that they were created after a visit to the car wash. The examination of the scratches indicates traces resulting from the use of wraparounds. I returned to the car wash to share my concerns. The manager said she would check the cameras. She disappeared for about fifteen minutes, and when she came back, she took a photo of the damage. She said that since I had left the car wash, my concerns were unbelievable and that she would no longer bother to check the cameras. However, I insisted because I am sure that the damage to the vehicle occurred at the car wash. Finally, she said that I could file a case, but it wouldn't help, and I could only expect a refusal. Yes, I wanted her to file a case. The manager took a couple of photos and wrote down the necessary information; she informed me that an investigation will be conducted. I know that times are bad and almost everywhere customers are treated like a thief or a fraudster, but this does not apply to everyone and businesses, apart from defending their own interests, could take the customer's well-being into account.I didnt believe in the managers good will; I complained through Woodies Wash Shack website. On Sunday 11/03/2024, I received the voicemail from the GE.I. I went there, I met the same manager. Two pictures were presented to me: On the first one, my car enters the car wash at the check in. The picture is so clear that the reflections of surrounding objects are visible. On the second picture my car is leaving the washing tunnel. The picture is very blurry.There is no way to spot the tiny scratches on the car: seems to be altered, manipulated or very pure quality

    Ear eruption due to bass coming through the ground!! Coming from the wash tunnel on ***********..god forbid it takes a life..sue for millions of dollars!! Not a threat it is a promise

    To Whom It May **************************************************************************************************** On behalf of Woodies Wash Shack, we are responding to the complaint filed by *********************** on May 27, 2024 with ID No. ********.  Therein, ************** complained of an ear eruption due to, allegedly, bass coming through the ground . . . under the car wash tunnel. 

                   We have investigated the matter and cannot determine what, if any, bass ************** is describing.  There are no physical materials under the car wash that could possibly create sound or other vibration that could possibly result in an injury to one of our customers.  Even further, we serviced over 600 customers that day and, had such a condition been present, our employees (at a minimum)would have detected some anomaly.  No such incidents were reported.

                   Further,while ************** complains of an ear eruption we can only assume (without further information or investigation) that he is referring to an eardrum issue.  At this point we cannot validate or refute Mr. ****** claims of injury. However, we can state that no conditions are present at our facility that would produce bass coming through the ground.

                   Accordingly,we disagree with the claims made by ************** and we ask the Better Business Bureau to dismiss Mr. ****** complaint. We hope that the BBB will consider this response and close the matter.

    had a significant issue today - the moonroof on my 2015 Buick Enclave was blown out by the dryer as I went through the process. When I told the staff about the incident they immediately wanted to review the video of my vehicle going through. The response back was my vehicle was older than 7 years and therefore they werent responsible. Amazing they are willing to take payment for the wash but no liability! However the worst part of the experience is that once the staff absolved Woodies of responsibility they walked away. No one offered to help - I was left on my own to clean up pieces of glass in the exterior and throughout the interior of my vehicle on my own. Needless to say Woodies gets a zero rating.

    Have attempted to reach out to customer service through multiple avenues. Text, call, email. All left with no response. Upon signing up for a membership the employee took down my information wrong and didnt ask me to double check. I cannot access my account via app as recommended to me. I have been charged $53.73 for the last 2 months on a service I havent used. When I was supposed to have signed up for a promotion of 3 months at $19.99.

    My husband was at the Woodies Wash Shack on Park Blvd on Saturday 3/4. Wed been there multiple times when it was ****** car wash without any problems. On Saturday the automatic car wash ripped off our antenna. The lady went and got it but basically told us oh well, sorry theres nothing we can do. Thats absolutely wrong!! Ive been emailing and FB messaging for days trying to get an incident report filled out as well as insurance information and they keep ignoring us. You can see ********** stroke scratches on the antenna. The setting and strength of that was so strong that it ripped it right off. The pure negligence of the staff to not even offer or allow us an incident report is just plain gross. That negligence damaged a cat and this issue needs to be addressed. We are getting an estimate on Thursday and expect to be reimbursed.

    I cant stand to have to write reviews like this. But I hope this saves some customers from what I'm going through and clearly after reading the 1 star reviews from others, to help keep others from going through the same thing. Its quite clear they are paying for reviews to flush the 1 star reviews down.Feb 8th I took my 2022 ***** Accord through the wash. Notified the front office the wash caused quite the damage on the front bumper. **** came out, looked at the bumper then suggested we go inside and look at the video surveillance to see if the damage was there prior to entering the car wash. While sitting in the waiting room, I began to wonder after reading reviews what they would come out and say. Of course thinking they were going to deny this happened in their car wash. What **** was looking at on the surveillance cameras was also showing on the monitor in the waiting room. You can see no damage entering the wash, but damage shown on video exiting the wash. **** clearly stated its obvious this happened in the wash, so he went out in the wash tunnel to examine what caused the damage. His exact words were, " Bearing let loose on the tire shine guard and that it what caused this is***". **** stated not to worry, and for me to go get a quote to have the damage repaired. I got the quote of $1279.08 as the damage caused from Superior Auto Body. I didn't cancel my services as they seemed they were to take care of this is*** and accidents happen.I called corporate office. **** called me back, stating differently now that I must go to ***'s Auto Body in Seminole to get a quote and ask *** to email corporate the quote. I did that. No Response from Woodies Wash. Spoke to **** in person, assured a call back. No returned calls or emails. I go to the BBB, and take them to small claims court. You all need to understand it only costs $85 to file a small claims suit and *** for all costs incurred. Glad I saved voicemail from **** admitting damage done at Woodies Wash.
