Company provides a Commercial Truck Driver Training program to assist individuals in obtaining their Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL). Complainant enrolled in and attended Company's program in *****, ** from 11/7/2022 through 12/6/2022 and received a Certificate of Completion and Transcript. Complainant was administered and passed the Class A CDL Skills Test on 12/9/2022 and subsequently received a Class A CDL. In connection with attendance of Company's program, Complainant executed a Retail Installment Contract financing the cost of tuition. The account is valid for educational services rendered to Complainant by Company. Complainant has not previously requested validation of the account from Company. Company will provide validation of the account directly to Complainant in connection herewith. Complainant may contact Company directly at ************** to obtain more information about the account, as well as the outstanding balance.Initial Complaint

All educational services were rendered by Roadmaster and the obligation remains valid and outstanding. Complainant attended the program from January 13, 2020, through his date of successful completion on January 31, 2020. Complainant subsequently passed the Class A CDL Skills Test on February 10, 2020. In connection with Complainant's attendance of Roadmaster's program, Complainant executed a Retail Installment Contract financing the balance of tuition owed for educational services rendered. The account remains valid and outstanding. Complainant has never previously requested validation of the account. Roadmaster will provide validation of the account to Complainant. Complainant attended the Commercial Truck Driver Training Program of ************************* from April 1, 2019 through her date of completion on May 6, 2016. Complainant received a Certificate of Completion dated May 6, 2019, and subsequently passed her Class CDL Skills Test on May 14, 2019. Complainant's employer made several tuition reimbursement payments on Complainant's account through June 4, 2021. In connection with her attendance, Complainant financed the cost of tuition by executing a Retail Installment Contract with *************************. The account is valid and outstanding for educational services received by Complainant from *************************. All amounts remain due and owing to *************************. Roadmaster has never received any requests for validation or other documentation of the outstanding obligation from Complainant. Roadmaster would interested to know where Complainant is seeing the name "Pathfinder Credit Services" and why the Complaint has been directed to "Pathfinder Credit Services. Complainant may obtain additional concerning her account with ************************* by calling **************.Initial Complaint
