      I had charges to one of my credit cards, and it was not something that I bought. My card was stolen. If had not been checking on my account, I would not have known there were charges to my card. I have called them and the response I keep getting is to wait for 24hrs to hear back from them but never get a response. I have asked them to reimburse the charges but no response. I would like to warn others to keep a close eye on their accounts.

      They said that a refund was available. I have been trying to get my money refunded, and they are giving me a runaround. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money.

      I found charges to my PayPal and bank account that I did not authorize. I called and spoke to a man named Greg that said my money would be refunded within 2 days. It has been 5 days and still nothing. after two people disconnecting my calls, I spoke to Ashley on my third try. She said she would escalate it and I should receive an email in a couple”couple of days.”;I am very upset, and want the charges reversed and my money refunded immediately!! Do not do business with these people! I didn’t do business with these people and still got scammed!!

      I purchased a digital product that I decided I really didn't want. I tried unsuccessfully to cancel and get a refund. Digistore 24 worked with me and finally the cancellation and refund were issued. Very courteous, excellent customer service. Thank you.

      All the thing you have to do,to even get ready to start making money was not explained at first. Just sent you money and start making all that money. I am a senior and its not as easy as you make it sound.

      Digistore24 provided excellent customer service regarding my return of Quietum Plus. I was instructed to package the remaining pills up, mail them and provide them the tracking number of the package. It was very easy and they refunded my money in less than 24 hours! The representative I dealt with, ******* was very pleasant and I very much appreciate her assistance with the return.
