Since July 2022, BBB started to receive complaints and/or BBB Scam Tracker Reports concerning sales practice issues. Specifically, consumers complaint activity alleges the business will give an estimate for sliding glass door repair services to be about $240 plus $40 labor. The business broke the sliding door glass and requested additional payment with breakdown: $750 to fix but with discount it will be $650; adding new tracks, new rollers; labor at $50/hour; the job would be $1,100 with 50% deposit.
