The web based application is easy to navigate and gives instantaneous feedback for what if scenarios. I was able to find a policy that fits my needs and is not too expensive. I feel comfortable that Neptune is a local Florida company and has good ratings. I hope that I will never have to make a claim, but I dont have to worry about my home be flooded.Neptune Flood Incorporated

Fiasco! Wanted personal property - got an apartment building; called to change - price drop! - got another email requesting info - yikes price goes WAY up. Nope! Dont want it. Charge for original amount goes through anyway the next day. Had to talk to numerous people (ALL staff was friendly) Was told it could take 2 weeks to 30 days to refund!Neptune Flood Incorporated

Please know that our team processes refunds swiftly, but once the check is printed, we cannot control the speed at which the **** handles the delivery which is why we give a range for the refund timeline.
