            Total Scam Company. They advertise 3-5 day processing. They only offer email for contact information. The only phone numbers you can find are disconnected. I place an order on 8/23. It is not 9/21 & have received nothing. I have emailed the company 3 times, without even a response. I've reached out on facebook. Again, no response. I feel like my only option at this point is to have my cc company do a chargeback.

            We have tried to reach out to the customer to inform him of the color being out of stock temporarily, but haven't received a reply. Could be in spam? While we have had a rough go with covid labor shortages and supply issues, we try to get back to customers in a timeline manner as can be seen with thousands of positive reviews on the site.

            I call BS. I have the email string. My order was placed on 8/23. I emailed them on Sept 1st looking for an order status. No reply to my email. On Sept 8th, I sent them a message via messenger to their facebook page. No human reply, only auto reply. On Sept 10th, I replied to the same email string from Sept 1st. Again, no reply. Also on Sept 10th, I sent another message through facebook. No reply. Yesterday, I sent a support ticket through their website, no reply. It was the 2nd time I had done that.

            I called the phone numbers I could find through the internet. They were disconnected. They have my email address, my phone number, & an active string through messenger, as well. I checked my spam folder, nothing.

            We will try to email from another email, please confirm receipt. We have thousands or great reviews and things happen, doing our best considering the covid labor and global supply shortages are impacting every company we deal with...

            After these postings, I received an email from the company. I requested a refund, & was told no problem. Acknowledgement of my request was received, at 2:01 pm EST on 9-22. I will reply to this thread when I actually receive a refund.

            Here we are Oct 17th, & I have still NOT received a refund from this company. It has been nearly a month since they sent me an email acknowledging my request of a refund. Like my first message stated: Scam Company.

            I would now like to file a formal complaint against this company.
