    Placed an order with this company on 9/8 and they immediately charged my card. Company states 3-5 day processing, but ********************************************** any response from the company.

    I placed an order on November 19, 2022. My credit card has been charged but I have yet to receive my order. They only have a chat line to leave a message and no one is ever available.

    I placed an order for 200 custom poker chips on 11/11/22. Order#: ********* Invoice #IN-00011663-TPD. my Card was charged that same day for $148.50. It has said for weeks that the order has been shipped and "completed" but I never received the product nor a delivery email, or any emails for the matter. I contacted their support email but have received no response.

I have not gotten any communication for the business no matter how many attempts are made. I would like to either be finally contacted by the company with an arrival date or a refund.     On 13 September 2022 I ordered custom poker chips from this company and the site said they would be 5-day for production and delivery. I paid $372.50 and it was immediately charged to my credit card (AMEX).On 21 September 2022 I had not received any shipment notification and could not verify my order status on their website so I contacted their customer support. Their associate sent a response on 22 September saying they were delayed but upgraded me to expedited shipping and asked if I had a deadline for the chips. I responded on 22 September but never received a reply.On 06 October 2022, I replied again but never received any reply.On 23 October 2022, I inquired again because there was no updates or responses. On 24 October the same associate ***** responded with the exact same response as on 22 September down to the word (copy/paste). I again replied but never received any response.On 25 October I sent another follow-up message and ***** said the product I ordered was delayed and offered a different product. I asked questions and for pictures/description of the replacement product. She never responded.On 31 October I asked again for a response and new customer service representative **** replied saying that ***** no longer worked there and he sent a picture of the new product. There was no description so I asked for a description of the materials and a link to the product to validate what I was looking to agree to.I have received no response from him since my multiple emails on 01, 04, 09 and 20 November.On 02 December I requested a refund and have not received any response.I have all email correspondence available and archived.

    order was placed for poker chips with a promise of 3 to 5 day processing and 9 days shipping. I have yet to receive my order, have tried numerus times to contact by email message and phone, all met with no response. the phone number is not a valid number.

    Ordered on 10-10-2022 this is the 3rd time that I have ordered from company 1st 2 times were very smooth and timely this time since order and being charged for the chips my order status has been pending and there have been several messages sent through the chat option / email which never get answered I will be disputing charges if this is not handled promptly and they will not answer any of the phone numbers that I have attempted.

    I placed an order online for a give-a-way gift (custom poker chips) on 10/18/22. I was charged $408.17 on 10/19/22 via my **** debit card tied to a checking account at ****************** I received the following when the order was placed. invoice #IN-10008999-PC, Order #SO-10009158-PC via email. I then realized there was NO phone number offered and I sent three separate requests with legitimate questions through their contact us link. After one week with no responses, I did various searches for the company and found nothing. The ************** BBB found nothing but a similar name thepokerdepot.com with inferior reviews at the same street address. There was a phone number but that number did not answer. I seek reimbursement in full.

    I ordered custom poker chips on 8/26/2022 with a turnaround time of 3-5 days. I have not received anything other than the order confirmation receipt email #****-8830. The "online chat" has a leave message function only, which I have done with zero response, sent an email to the ********************************* with no response and as a previous customer complained there's no valid phone number I can find anywhere. The number on your website is incorrect btw. I am looking for either information on my order, delivery, and/or refund. I was really excited about these chips but this experience is deflating.
