2 starsI used to like going here. I recently ran out of my antidepressant that I have been taking for years. I just received new insurance via a new job . I did not realize getting it refilled would be an issue. I have not seen my ** in a bit but I have been a patient there for two years. I was told I needed an appointment. I had one and made one closer. I call the call center and I am told my request is being sent over as a high priority and that thats all they can do. I am now without my meds,Review fromChristie S

Terrible. Waiting for an hour before getting a room then had a student ask me 50m questions which were irrelevant to why I was there and I am currently really sick with no test results being to posted. Was told to go to ER but I don't want to have the same costly tests done twice. No personal attention to the patient and I just hope I have some answers soon and don't have to wait an extended period of time. ArghEvara Health

I’ve been without my heart meds for two weeks. The Highpoint pharmacy clw Fl does not pick up there phones or call you back. You can’t refill your prescriptions unless you talk to someone in person. With a heart condition this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Wouldn’t recommend Evers to anyone.Evara Health

Please note I had to choose 1 star to proceed , otherwise I would give a zero I recently attempted to have a script refilled. My pharmacy informed me there were no refills available,and they would put in a request for additional refills They contacted me later to advise the refill request had been denied. I then attempted to find out the reason. After more than 3 hours on hold, speaking to medical assistants and clerical help I was still completely in the dark as to why my insulin could not be refilled. After 3 hours on the phone the only thing I was able to accomplish was having my name removed from their email list.I would not recommend this organization to anyone with even minor health issues let alone something serious.Evara Health

LOL this is sure a *************** at EVARA HEALTH again they sure pay to advertise the services they provide but then cause people more medical bills and harm in the long run because of medical malpractice and discrimination and promise call backs from executives and never respond to you. Dont do it unless you want to end up severely ill with infections and with more complications then you had before you went there also caused major chemical imbalances and other problems.Evara Health

like everyone else i do have an issue with evra health , it's a modern ******** health care facility Joke , The one in tarpon springs , I'm older now and need to be seen by doctors more often ,I used Advent health, Bayfornt , walk in clinks , Privet DR offices , never encountered a joke health care facility like this one , beside that you wont be seen by an MD or a DO, you will be screened by a Medical student and if you lucky you will be seen by a PA or a nurse practitioner , I've used them before though the years before EVRA bought them, they cant keep doctors in the facility so every 3-6 months you have to see someone else that looks at your medical history and continue the Business as usual , but now the most aggravating thing they will prescribe medications but send it to the pharmacy 2 weeks later , or you have to spend the time on the phone if they answer and ask what happened to the medications ,and get lost between them and the pharmacy .its not just me they did the same thing with my wife no medications at the pharmacy .till they have the time to send it out , it feels like the whole facility show is running by one person who has to do everything and don't have the time to send out the prescriptions .I Cant Believe that this thing is happening in the *** !!!by the way i wasn't seen for free they charged me $175 to be seen by an assistant while they also training a medical student on me .SHAME on you CEO , BOARD and employees Healthcare is an Honorable carrier, a promise to save HUMAN LIFE'S ,That's what they use to teach medical students at the University's , i don't know what they teach now.Evara Health

We made an appointment for pregnancy. There ultrasound machine is not working properly. We need to see a different doctor get an ultra sound. The new doctor will not take us unless the medical record is sent over. We have been waiting for 3 days for them to send it. Also it is really hard to get ahold of anyone. Also the woman who works the desk on the second floor in pinellas park is very rude. She is older and Hispanic. No name given of course.Evara Health

My wife called on Friday, she has an abscess tooth. She is in pain. We were told to go to the Clearwater office Monday morning at 7am theyre taking walk ins. We get there at 6am as we expected a line. There was no line. She was the first one in the door. She explained her situation and that she was in pain since Friday. She was told to come back at 12:45 as they had appointments waiting. ??Why would someone make appointments during this time? ??Why would a dentist refuse treatment to a person in pain and make them wait while they see patients not in pain.This is terribly WRONG!I tried to call a person in charge 4 times. This company its about the money , HIV, PAP Smears , food pantry , medication. Assistance is about how much money they receive with grants , while making millions , they over work their employees , including their providers who most just work there for the loan forgiveness assistance. Medical assistance are left with doing most work from having to chart , to having to do others work since who knows who does what anymore . Patients do not get the care they deserve with 15 minute visits . This company its all about the benefits . This is why they dont keep employees. Most of their employees are on anxiety and depression medications . Wonder why ? Run from this placeEvara Health

My husband went to see Dr Benson in the beginning of December 2022. He was so sick, they tested him for COVID, influenza A & B, and strep throat. He was negative for all those but had a serious sinus infection. That Dr didn’t give him anything for it except told him to get some Mucinex from the store. He has now gone through 2 rounds of antibiotics and may have to have a 3rd because all she wanted to do is talk to him about his skin allergy, instead of taking care of what he went for. I have worked in the medical field for 25 years and have never come across a more incompetent Dr in my life. She also had the nerve to tell him to “get insurance”. If we had insurance, I can guarantee, that he NEVER would have seen that bumbling idiot of a Dr.Evara Health
