    Trust me in saying, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND SPECIFICALLY THE OWNERS *** * ***** *****.. They have scammed several unsuspecting buyers all over Pinellas County, FL. For us, we purchased a home from an investor who used GHD to build a new construction home on the beach in 2017. At closing, we were provided with a signed letter from GHD stating the brand new construction home came with a 1yr. warranty. We submitted several home warranty claims to the company. While they did make some very minor repairs, they refused to make any significant repairs to the larger more serious construction defects. Those construction defects included substantial repairs and issues with a brand new roof, leaking plumbing drain lines, cracking and broken tile flooring throughout all levels of the home, and significant mold & drywall issues from improper installation of windows & doors. All said & done, we were out of pocket approximately $30,000 to repairs all the construction defects. I have all the documentation, dated, time stamped pictures and all written communication to support my claims. Brian & his staff are the worst contractors that we have EVER dealt with which is saying something considering we currently own several homes, have built multiple new construction homes, and have bought/sold more than 20 homes over the years.
