So originally, I went on ****** to try to find a place to sell my house Because Im moving for the military its easier. Largest homebuyers called me 1 million times during working hours and just kept calling and calling regardless of I sent them to Voice Mail. I finally had a chance to pick up one day. They left me on hold for multiple times came back with a number that I said was not high enough and told them I would not be selling to them. Sense then theyve continuously called me from multiple different phone numbers and texted me for multiple different phone numbers that I now have to block because they continuously call me until I answer. I have sent every text back saying Ive told you 1 million times I am not selling with you stop contacting me and they continue to contact me. This is downright harassment at this point. I need them to stop contacting me from every number that they have because I am not selling And I dont know why they dont seem to get that.10/14/24 multiple phone calls and texts 10/15/24 multiple phone calls and texts from multiple numbers 10/16-multiple phone calls and texts 10/17-miltiple phone calls and texts, and I told them I would not be selling with them 10/18- multiple phone calls and texts again, I responded I will not be selling with you. Stop contacting me.10/22- they texted me again from a different number. I texted back stop contacting me. I will not be selling to you.10/23- multiple phone calls and texts, I told them again that I would not be selling with them into stop contacting me 10/31- Theyre calling me again and again I told the woman on the phone I will not be selling to you stop contacting me These are all coming from different phone numbers from ****, ******* and ************* I need them to stop contacting me 100% from every phone number they have because the next time they do, I am turning this into a legal thing because this is harassmentBusiness Response

Good afternoon,
Attached is documentation showing that you reached out to us on October 12 at 4:01 pm, specifically requesting to be contacted. You provided your property information on our website, including notes about your mini-split system, and asked for a follow-up call. You directly reached out to us and asked to be contacted.
We will, of course, honor your request to cease communication. However, its disheartening to see negative feedback directed toward our family-run business, which has worked hard to maintain a positive reputation. Well respect your request and wont reach out again, but we kindly ask that you consider the impact on businesses like ours, which many families rely on, after you were the one who reached out to us.Have a good day and all communication will stop.

I am rejecting this response because:
You are trying to blame me! You have harassed me for about a month because you refuse to take no as answer. So this should hurt your business because you should know what good business is and what isnt good business and harassing people is not good business so you can take the responsibility and stop trying to blame me and admit that you dont know when someone says no about 17 times that they mean no.
I cant even attached all the screen shots of your multiple calls and texts after I told you I would not be selling..
I will accept and close with when they take full responsibility for continuous harassment, through phone calls, and texts from a large aray of numbers

I sold my house to the ibuyer Largest Home Buyers, signed the contract in March and told them I needed until July 16th because I had tenants. I told them there would be limited availability, but I would let them in May when I was present. I let their real estate agent come into the house and inspect it. During this time frame my value in the house went up, I bought a new refrigerator for the house and I asked for more money, I was being offered substantially more money for the house by other ibuyers. In June I received a text message about how they would be buying my house regardless and I would be in breach of contract. At this same time, I asked for proof of ******* money. They were already in breach of contract for not doing the inspection when I was there in May and lack of ******* money. They proceeded to write a memorandum to the state to put a notice on my title. They did not proceed to buy my property and we were not notified, their lawyers did not call or release the ******* money. I proceeded to sell my house, and I was unaware of the memorandum and this delayed the sale of my house, luckily the next buyer was patient but I incurred fees and costs because of the delay. ****** ****** of Largest Home Buyers and his lawyers never gave us the correct information to remove the memorandum. In ************** the sale of a house is done through lawyers, it took 2 weeks for us to argue with the sate that the memorandum of intent was unlawful and there was no documentation to prove I signed anything over to Largest Home Buyers. The escrow was never deposited and my lawyers reached out for release and we were ghosted by the law firm in question: ******* *******, ****** and ****** ***************** . I am looking for ******* money $1000 and $3000 damages in mortgage payment and lawyer fees. They almost lost me my sale and the price different is $67,000. Original price for Largest Home Buyers $635,000 vs. new sale price $697,000. House sold August 22.Business Response

Good morning,
In response, we have documentation showing multiple attempts to contact you over a two-month period, during which we were unable to proceed with our process due to your lack of communication and access to the property.
Technically, we could have pursued damages because you did not allow us to complete our process as outlined in the contract. However, we chose not to take that route, and when your attorney contacted us, we promptly removed the memorandum without seeking any compensation, despite being entitled to it.
Our records, supported by legal counsel, show that you defaulted on the contract by refusing to close unless additional funds were provided. Additionally, in your complaint documented with the BBB, you stated that you would only close if we agreed to pay you more money. This demand contradicts the terms of the contract and constitutes a default on your part. This was the reason the sale did not move forward.
The delay in removing the memorandum was due to the filing process, which can take up to two weeks in the city, and this likely contributed to the delay in your sale.
No money is owed to you; if anything, we could have sought compensation. However, we do not wish to pursue this matter further.
We wish you the best of luck and are glad your house sold for more.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:Good morning,
I would like to clarify several points regarding your response.
First, it is not accurate to claim that I failed to communicate. I made it clear from the beginning that I was traveling and would be in the US sporadically, but I would fully communicate to ensure you had access to the house. I was in regular contact with *******, and I provided access to the property on May 14th. Despite this, no inspection was scheduled at that time.
It is also important to note that I only ceased communication after the bullying text on June 6th (which I have provided as evidence), at which point I retained my own attorney. I did not trust your attorney to represent my interests, but despite that, I had my attorney communicate with yours, and I filled out all the paperwork required to close after those bullying text messages. However, by that time, I still had not received proof of ******* money, and at some point, your attorneys stopped communicating entirely. My attorney, as well as my buyers attorney, called your office multiple times after you failed to properly file the paperwork to rescind the memorandum. It delayed the signing by two weeks.
I believe that both you and your attorneys engaged in unprofessional and unlawful behavior, and from what I understand, I have a case against you. Had you submitted the ******* money, I would have been required to release it through the attorneys, but as far as I know, your attorneys never responded, which further proves that the ******* money was never submitted.
Regarding the memorandum, it is crucial to point out that it was filed without proper legal standing since there was no valid contract, as you failed to meet the contractual obligations of providing ******* money and conducting an inspection. Filing that memorandum without the necessary documentation was illegal, and your breach of contract is the core reason the sale could not proceed. The delay caused by that memorandum significantly impacted my ability to sell the property.
As for my request for additional funds, this arose only after your colleague offered to negotiate a higher price to cover the increased cost of the fridge and another offer, as you had yet to show me ******* money. This was an attempt to resolve the situation amicably, despite your team's lack of follow-through on key terms of the contract.
While I appreciate your statement that you are not seeking compensation, it is important to set the record straight: your failure to provide proof of ******* money and to schedule an inspection from the beginning put you in breach of the contract. Any delays in communication or legal actions that followed were a direct result of those breaches.
I have done my part in attempting to make this transaction work, but your company's bullying tactics and failure to meet contractual obligations made it impossible to move forward. I stand by my actions and have legal documentation to support my claims.
Sincerely,
****** ******Business Response

All my facts have already been laid out in previous communications. I am indifferent to whether you accept or reject my response. If you choose to proceed, we are prepared to handle this matter in a court of law, where our counsel indicates we will prevail and seek all applicable damages incurred during this transaction.
As you noted, the house sold for a higher price, which suggests that your current stance is motivated to profit further. We do not allow anyone to threaten us for money, especially after you have admitted to selling the house for more. If a normal seller defaults on a contract, we rarely pursue legal remedies, as our record speaks for itself in helping homeowners. However, given that you are coming after us for an additional $4,000 when you admitted your house sold for significantly more, we feel we have a duty to stand up for our business and the great service we provide to others.
We prefer to resolve matters without litigation, as our A+ rating and numerous positive reviews reflect our commitment to professionalism. However, if you wish to continue this antagonistic behavior, we will respond accordingly in court, defending our position to the utmost fullest ability, regardless of how long the court case may take.
I will not agree to any settlement and would prefer to handle this in court. In addition to responding to your claim against us, we will also be filing a claim for damages against you for defaulting on your obligations under the contract.
To clarify, we will not be filing anything at this time. However, if you choose to pursue this further, even after the memorandum was lifted from the property, we are fully prepared to address it in the proper court of law to the fullest extent.Initial Complaint

There is a man by the name of **** who keeps calling me. He keeps asking me if I want to sell my property. This has been going on for the past few months. I've spoken with him directly and told him that I don't own any property and that he may be trying to reach someone who once had this phone number. He apologized and said he wouldn't call again. However, he continues to leave voice messages and texts even though I keep leaving messages and texts with him telling him to refrain from calling me. I've tried to block him, but he is still calling. The number he is calling from is ************ and ************.Business Response

Hi ***** we are extremely sorry about this. He was not calling to buy your house but to sell a property we had recently renovated. The number is one digit off of a gentleman we have worked with in the past. I have personally gone into the system and fixed the error. We really apologize about this and would love if you could give us a call and discuss so we can have this compliant removed as this is how we provide for our family. We do not do any cold outbound marketing and this was an honest mix up. I also want you to have my personal number incase somehow you get another call I can personally remove the number from our database of folks we have worked with in the past.
Thank you and again sorry about the mix-up.
