5 starsI have been dealing with *** for a few years now. He has very good quality jewelry and the prices are unbeatable. I recently had a custom made Cuban bracelet and it looks amazing. 5 stars*** and his staff are amazing. They are professional, very friendly and make you feel comfortable during your shopping experience! Whether youre shopping for something new or getting something repaired, they are awesome. Their selection of beautiful jewelry is amazing. 5 starsI needed to repair some jewelry and a friend of mine recommended ***** five star jewelry, I was so impressed by the professionalism and the inventory . *** the owner went above and beyond to help me. 5 starsIve been coming here for the past two years having watch batteries replaced or the bands adjusted on my watches collection and not to mention looking for that special ring! The ************** are awesome and very helpful! The store is always busy so I guess their doing something right and I truly believe its their customer service! Coming from a sales background trust is most important! You cant go wrong at Lauras just an exceptional shopping and customer service experience! 5 starsSince I discovered them while driving around town back in July. I have visited and purchased jewelry from this establishment three times so far. At every point of contact I am greeted with consistent outstanding service from the Jewelery who fixes my stuff to the **************** who help me narrow down my choices to the owner *** who keeps me coming back for more because of his unique one of kind jewelry selection. 5 stars***, is a wonderful business man. All of the products in his store are top of the line. He even has many many unique items. His staff is wonderful and very helpful. I will be sending my boys to him when the time comes for engagement. I trust him. I go to him for advise and I purchase all my jewelry with *****'s Five Star. I feel I have been lied to a warranty on a Wedding band I bought my wife less than a year ago. He was to ***** the two together. He stated that would be no problem. He also stated he would do a very good cleaning at no charge. It came apart so I returned it and left it there when i came back to pick it up, it had not been repaired. I had the clerk have the owner call me.. When he did he told me it would be $100.00 to repair their own work, he also stated he does not give a warranty any of his jewelry or repairs. If I had known that I would never shopped there. There is no sign stating that there is no warranty.

**** purchased an insert for his engagement ring he purchased elsewhere.After one year the customer returned with the insert damaged. We repaired it at no charge to him. He than wanted his engagement ring ,purchased elsewhere, soldered to the wrap. We informed that we would gladly do it, but , there would be $100.00 charge. This is a very reasonable price for two solders and cleaning rhodium plating both rings.He is completely lying.
