      I made a booking with this company in December of 2023 to assist with my move. Initially, they were very responsive in returning phone calls and emails promptly. However, on the day of the scheduled move, January 6th, ****, there was a miscommunication regarding the arrival time. I believed they would be arriving between **** am, thats what my email indicated an the text the night before but I did not receive any notification informing me otherwise. I had to make multiple calls and leave messages until someone finally reached out to explain that there was a 2-hour window for their arrival. As a result, they did not arrive until 11:45 am. Additionally, I had requested assistance with disassembling a bed, which I was told would be included in their services as part of the packing process. I was informed that I would have 2 movers for 2 1/2 hours, and a $136.00 transportation fee would be charged. From 11:45 am to 2:30 pm, it took them to load the items from one room. All the items were already in selective room and pre-broken down, so they just needed to grab and go. They took 45 minutes to drive to the new location, and im assuming to get to the pickup location which accounted for the transportation fee, but I was charged for that 90 minutes plus an additional 15 minutes for their lunch break. They arrived at my new place at 3:45 pm to unload, and the unloading was completed by 5:00 pm. I decided not to allow them to assemble the bed. I was told that any time exceeding the initial 2 1/2 hours would be charged at a reduced rate for every half hour. by ********* requested an itemized statement to understand the reasons for the high cost and was told it should be more than they are quoting but was told that I would receive it via email. I made multiple attempts to obtain this statement, including contacting *******************, but received no response. The movers mentioned that headquarters is unaware of their charges, so I am uncertain how they could provide a price quote. It seems that the contractors are responsible for determining their own prices. I feel deceived and overcharged in this situation and would like to request a refund of at least $200.00 for the lack of upfront pricing and transparency.

      All client who have issues and or damages we request go through our claims department so they can provide a proper refund/solution. This client has NOT contacted our claims department. They are more than welcomed to do so, they will have a response within 2 days. Also, below is the confirmation sent to ****** breaking down the charging when the move was initially booked. This is what the crew charged. They do not charge anything but what is on the paperwork unless approved by our office. ****hrs x $109/hr + $130 trans fee = $702.25 (+ our ****% CC fee equals the $731.67 charged*

      Again, we send all pricing and breakdown in confirmation emails before the move actually happens. Which means ***** had all the pricing and info ahead of the move as well as when the move was complete and he agreed to the pricing. He was well informed of how everything would pay out. And again, we've let him know to go through our claims department.

      Hired Movers to move my personal belongings from *********** ** to ****** ** on July 28, 2023. The agreed time for the movers to arrive was July 28, 2023 between 9am and 10am. We provided a list of the furnishings and number of boxes ahead of the move (per the request of the moving coordinator, *****************************. He is also who provided me a quote as well as the time the move would start. The quote was $556 to include 3 men/3 hours and a one time $139 fee. I was provided with a crew of 3 men (one was standing around or sitting in the truck more then he was working) who argued and fussed through out the day. They damaged walls and furniture. *** asked for reimburse for both the cost because it was under quoted and replacement/repairs of he damaged they caused. I have been unsuccessful in many attempts to resolve this through them. There are also a lot of details that I do not have room in this form to provide.

      We have spoken with this client about her claim. As mentioned to the client, the paperwork was properly filled out and signed by ***************. Not only was the price of the move agreed upon and signed off on, the claims/damage portion was signed off by her stating there were no damages or issues once the move was completed by our crew. We have to go off of the paperwork as it's our binding contract. Had the client not signed saying everything was in good standing, there could be a conversation about "damages". But we can not press forward with any issues occurred as we do not know when they occurred. Once the move was completed, we give our clients the chance to check the truck to make sure nothing was left and clients are present throughout the move to ensure and note damages throughout the moving process. No damages were recorded while our crew was on site.

      we did not receive services that we we told we would receive.  We were quoted for 3 professional movers and we received 3 movers who argued and fussed through out the day which caused delays and more time to complete the move.  The movers were also nearly 3 hours late.  

       

      I was also not told to check the truck or that I was signing any rights away to collect on damages. 

      I was under duress because of the terrible service, the adult men arcing and fussing all day and  costs because of the move because we didnt receive the services promised.  Your company is responsible for the damage and missing bolts as well as over charging for 3 professional movers when we received 3 men that were fussing and arguing.  Their behavior and many hour delay getting started caused the move to take hours longer then what it should have.

      We have tried attaching the paperwork signed by *****************************, but the file is too big. But we will gladly email this to BBB or whomever appropriate. Not only did she sign saying she received the brochure of her shipper's rights, but also signed the very bottom of the Bill of Lading stating all items have been received without damages. She was very aware of the processes and agreed to everything being in good standing. Her move was done on the day it was supposed to and everything was signed and processed accordingly. We as a company have followed procedures.

      Good morning I had hire movers to move my stuff from my old apartment to the storage room unit so they worked it and I told him everything that needed to go so right now we are still not finished moving. I contacted them when I got back home to see what else we had to move and he told me that I will be able to do it myself, but I will have to make a couple of loads because he have other jobs that he had to go and move a three bedroom two bath. so he would have to go to ******* to do the move so I dont know if that was correct or not but I definitely have pictures of the stuff that he left and also the storage room facility was still open. The door was propped with a stick I have a picture of that as well and I also had to give someone else the money to do other work that was not completed so I did tell the person who book the move was all I had, and how many bedroom so every room still has stuff in it so my thing is if Im paying you to do the job is supposed to be done right and Im very unsatisfied and also I contacted the office I supposed to been out of there on the 30th that was Friday so now I will be have to pay money because my stuff is still inside of this unit that needs to be out of there ASAP so if theres anyway possible that you can contact me back I will appreciate it and they also took 5 1/2 hours which I know they had to take breaks, and all of that and I was not trying to work nobody under the table but at the end of the day if you do the job or you got paid for it is supposed to be done, right. So now Im about to contact the person who pay for this for me to let them know that the job is not completed as well, so yeah, I would not be saying that I didnt tell yall that I did not let yall know upfront what was going on and they didnt send me no receipt ?? are nothing so my Pastor needs the paperwork because they know what they doing and they arent professional at all they are hiring other people too do they job its a total set up ??

      All moves we book are priced by hourly rate. The crew worked 5.5hrs in which the client was charged for that amount. Clients are required to be present when everything gets moved as it prevents things getting left behind. We let the client know that she could schedule another move to handle anything leftover. They chose to decline.

      On or about April 2, 2023, movers arrived to my home to relocate my furnishings from ** to VA. ****** the move took longer than was anticipated, my greatest issue is a claim that I submitted for damages sustained to a bedroom end table and some smaller items. In particular, the end table was taken apart (which I complained about during the move and expressed concerns parts may be lost in the move), They assured me that would not happen, but pieces were lost during the move so it put the metal parts together that hold the glass top. I contacted the Sales Representative, ***** whom referred me to ************************* <**************************** (which not the company I hired). I hired Milestone Relocation Solutions. **************** responded that she would contact the moving company which was contracted to move me to initiate an investigation. I also sent her a receipt for the item. I received an email indicating that the claim would be resolved in $60 days or sooner. That was in April, 2023. Despite sending them several emails requesting an update, I have never heard back from the company. I would like the amount to replace the end table which is approx. $124.

      I was quoted a job of three movers at 550 dollars for three hours to begin at 830 am. Only two movers showed up at 11am, spent most time wrapping furniture at old address, said items wouldn't fit a new home. They also created multiple digs in floors and walls at both homes. Finished in three hours and charged me 775 dollars saying it was a four hour job.

This is the first attempt where we've been able to respond. We have reached out to the client to make a formal complaint with our claims department.       I fill a form online for a free quote for moving with bellhops for moving. My landlord was selling the house and i had to move.. I received a call from a gentleman telling me that I fill the form online claiming to work with bellhops. I booked the move we talked estensively about the estimate, work, that i needed to pack ahead...and so on ...gave him my credit card to reserve. Than received a email confirmation that there was Milestone relocation solutions, i though maybe bellhops had a contract with local companies. He even call me back to check if the afternoon would work for me. The day of the move 30 min befoe the scheduled appointment they canceled. And when i tryed to call back the number had been disconnected. Its a scam company, be very careful.

      June 17th i schedule a move for July 1st 8-9am. June 23rd i asked can it be earlier ******* who ive been communicating with via text said its a window 830-930am. On july 1st 910am i called spoke to ******* he said he will call the movers see whats their ETA. ******* never called back and still hasnt as of today. At 1030am a Acy Browns calls me to tell me they had the wrong number tried to contact me so movers went to the second pick up. He said they can get to me at 4pm. I said this is such an inconvenience messed up my whole day as i had plans later and needed to be moved by 2pm. He said he will take off $30 from the original amt per hr. At 330pm i text Acy said they will contact me with an updated ETA. Movers called said 5pm they are still on same trip and its a hr from me he will call when otw. I called at 445pm asked for status he said they still at same location he will call when otw. At 530 he calls. Then at 640pm said they 10mins. The move started at 650pm ended at 1025pm. While in the climate controlled storage unit they dropped my dryer to the floor and the top part broke off. Wires came out since it hit the floor hard so one of the guy put the wires back in. I said i hope it works but its still broke. He said contact milestone. I trxt Acy to ask him what are they going to do about this and as today i still havent heard back from him. I did pay $607 as i was too tried frustrated angry hungry all at the same time. This move was just a nightmare!

      5/1/2022 movers broke my antique lamp and acknowledged that they accidentally took my Cross pen. The mover promised to return it and come and look at the lamp but then was not reachable. He then stated he would drop off my pen but did not. I was not able to reach The representative Scott or the movers.
