      I purchased a car with a trade-in theyre supposed to give me my car on Monday here it is Tuesday still saying that my car wont be readytill Thursday not to telling me that they cant take my trade-in because theyre losing $5000 in the deal after we signed contract and financing contract and now holding my car hostage, trying to back out on the deal after we signed the contract The sales manager had enough time to look at my car and determine if you want to take as a trade-in now they put it through didnt get what they wanted and they want to return my car because theyre not gonna make enough money on it at this point. Its not myproblem. I want my car that I purchased Not hold it hostage.

      Thank you for this concern from our customer. I actually was previously informed that this was resolved and so i was surprised to receive this second request. We certainly want to resolve any issues in a timely manner. I called this customer today and had a lengthy conversation regarding his concerns and, for sure,  he had every  right to be upset. I did investigate the matter and called him back to apologize and also to let him know we were completely in the wrong and that I took corrective action internally to fix the problem of misinformation internally so that it would not happen again. I gave him the option of returning the **** he purchased from us and he declined and stated he would like to keep the ****. We are completing his tag work with the *** and have hopefully put our disagreement behind us. Our desire is to retain a happy customer and hopefully we did that today. Please feel free to reach back out to me if you have further questions.

      Purchase car 04/28/2024 , drove car less than 2wks and car broke down in traffic , towed to dealer and they took approx 8mons and returned car , less than 24hrs car broke down in traffic, towed to dealer and have not had car back since 01/16/25 month later they're trying to coherce me to a EV car without my consent , I purchased an a gas car and need a gas car in return as my original purchased I have no desire to own a EV once I advised now no return phone calls.

      We went to sell and finance another car, we test drove many cars. And was disappointed with many cars and was stuck with a ***** spark because they didn't let us test drive anymore. We sold our ***** Civic for 6500.. got a $2000 check the 1st week. And a $500 check the last week. Was there multiple times had a ***** equinox but could not drive because I was too short to be honest. And we switched the car in and they stuck us with the tiniest car on the lot..a 2020 ***** spark. No power windows and very very small. Also said we could get the ***** Civic back then a day later they deemed it unsafe, and auctioned it off. Over all if I could give negative star for ***** and Hunter two of their sales men it would be negative high negative. ****** kept offering to make it right offered a tank of gasbut never made it right . Just poor salesmen ship also just kept pushing the spark on to us.

      Thank you for your inquire concerning *****************************.  As stated, the ******** visited our store in late January/early February to look for a car. They had two goals in mind.one was to get the equity out of their current vehicle (a ****** so they could get cash back as well as having enough left over to use as a down payment on a new purchase. 


      Maher Chevrolet purchased their ***** and the ******** purchased a Chevrolet Equinox from us. After driving the Equinox overnight, ******************* found the car was too big for her and asked us to find another vehicle for them.
      Maher Chevrolet agreed to take the car back and our sales staff worked with them to find another car on our lot that would fit both what the lender would finance based on their credit and also to satisfy their needs.they finalized and purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Spark.


      After reviewing their deal, I do not find anything unusual at all in their purchase process.  I am actually struggling to find the specific source of Mrs. ******** complaint.  We make it a point to work with all our guests to satisfy their individual needs when purchasing a vehicle.  With over 100 units in our Used Car Inventory, we have zero preference in what a guest purchases.  We do try to guide them to vehicles that would fall within their budgeting limits but ultimately the decision on whether to buy or not and what to buy is entirely up the guest.


      Perhaps I am overlooking something, but I do not think there is anything Maher Chevrolet can do without having more specific issues to address other than the fact that ******************* is simply dissatisfied with her purchase.  I have reached out to the ******** to see if they are interested in trying to find another vehicle that will fill their needs and budget.

      So I had a window stuck in my door. I brought my car to Maher to get a new regulator so it goes back up and down. After 6 days of no contact I called and they finally told me a price and fixed it. I go pick it up the next day on 12/5 and pay $412.67. I get in my car and pull up about 20 feet. I notice my door handle is loose and then realize its completely broken and I now have no way to get out of my driver side door. I called them to find out why they broke my door and after the run around they basically said they broke it to fix my window and are blaming someone who fixed it before then that they broke it. Which cant be true since I got out of my car just fine to drop it off. They are now blaming me and wont do anything to remedy the situation. And are wanting to charge me for a new door. I paid money for them to fix one thing and break another. It feels very fraudulent to me. My car is also now shaking when I go over 40 which it never did before. *** tried setting up a call with the manager and they just find reasons that they cant. I want my money back since they just caused me another problem to fix on a car that wasnt needing to be fixed before them. There is no photo proof that it was broken before. I either want my door fixed for free or my refund on my window. I run a business and its beyond unprofessional me showing up with no way to get out of my car.

      To Whom This May ******************************** did bring his 2014 Chevrolet Volt (VIn #*****************).  ****************** along with Service Advisor, ******************* opened a repair order/job card #******. ****************** had several complaints as indicated with provided Invoice in attachments. (Please See/Reference Job Card ******) Job #1 ****************** complaint is as stated: OWNER STATES THAT THE DRIVERS DOOR POWER WINDOW WILL NOT GO UP. As verified and outlined in Job 1 description: DRIVER DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR HAS COME APART. However prior to Window Regulator replacement (which is located inside door framing) the door panel did require to be removed, in which after removing the technician found Moisture Barrier missing, Door Panel broken at Door Handle Cable Retainer and Broken Glass inside the Door. At this point Service Advisor contacted ****************** and advised him of our findings. ****************** reaction and texted answer was "Lovely" as provided.  ****************** acknowledged condition stating to **** this occurred from a previous a attempted repair. (Clearly Maher Chevrolet did not "BREAK GLASS" and insert into the door). The glass along with the Door Panel had an attempted previous repair that was put back together previously with a "tape" as a corrective attempt. ****************** as STATED, DOCUMENTED, and SIGNED DECLINED any other repairs and/or corrections to the Door Panel along with Moisture Barrier, other than just the window regulator originally agreed upon. Also please see Maher Chevrolet advised ****************** of repairs to #4 concern, ****************** Declined as well, which is more damage to the vehicle of interior parts and pieces as indicated on the invoice provided. Please see Job #5. ****************** indicates a concern of Damage to the front of the vehicle that he as well Declined as indicated and provided with invoice. Maher Chevrolet also provided to ****************** as part of Multi Point Vehicle Inspection, Rear Brake Calipers locking-up presenting a "safety issue, and caution should be used when driven"(Please see Job #9), Job #** vehicle failed alignment inspection, Job #** Drive Axle/U-Joint needs immediate attention. ALL IN WHICH ****************** KNOWING DECLINED. As well as what he is referencing in this complaint regarding the door panel. Maher Chevrolet went above and beyond outlining and detailing all information to ****************** in reference to his vehicle. He was advised of all current conditions and requested repairs/estimates as stated and verifiable per signed invoice by ****************** from Maher Chevrolet. The damage to the back of his door panel was not able to be seen until removed. He was provided this info in multiple ways via texts and phone calls. As it is clear ****************** vehicle has a number of major concerns and his choice at this time was not to correct anything other than being able to roll up the window. Maher Chevrolet Service addressed that issue parts and labor as stated and provided on the invoice along with signiture and payment by *******************

      2019 ***** Trax sent to body shop by Gieco . After picking up our vehicle we returned because of very poor quality work. There are runs in the paint , dirt specs in clear coat , LR wheel trim loose , no paint applied where dent was pulled from rear hatch. They said it wasnt done , sorry. I only picked up my car because ****** said it was completed. They said I would get scheduled and get it corrected , and I have not been called in the agreed upon time line.
