    Hacked into my computer while doing my taxes in APRIL 2022. THEY CAME THROUGH TUBO TAX AS I HAD FINISHED PAYING FOR THE SERVICE. SAYING URGENT MY IDENTITY IS BEING STOLEN. THEY STATED DO NOT TURN OFF COMPUTER AS THEY WERE FIXING THE PROBLEM AT NO CHARGE TO ME. ALL THIS WAS A LIE IT ENDED UP ME OUT OF ****** LOST FOR FILING FEE TO TUBO TAX WHICH WAS REJECTED AND DID NOT PROCESS MY TAXES AND BOTH OF MY COMPUTERS BEING INFECTED WITH A VIRUS THEY PLANTED. THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY 300,00 FOR EACH SYSTEM TO BE REPAIRED IN WHICH I DID NOT THEY WANTED MY BANK INFO THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. THEY HARRASSED ME FOR DAYS HOLDING MY SYSTEMS HOSTAGE.THEY EVENTUALLY SHUT DOWN MY SYSTEMS SINCE THEN I BOUGHT NEW EQIPTMENT NOT USING MY SAME EMAIL THESE PEOPLE ARE BIG TIME SCAMMERS.
