      8/27/24 purchased groupon for rx from Cosmetic RX for $14.99 8/28/24 completed application online with Cosmetic RX and paid required $29.99 to company for shipping costs 8/28/24 spoke with **** *****, R.N. w/ Cosmetic RX at ********** confirming approval and was directed to have lab work at ********** prior to rx being shipped (was instructed to wait 1 week to complete lab work so there would be time for lab to receive requisition from Cosmetic RX)9/3/24 notified **** *****, R.N. at **********(via text) that there were no ********** in my area. Requested solution. No reply 9/5/24 reached out again, via text, to above contact. No reply.9/6/24 received brief reply from above contacting asking if I had the labs. Replied with no and reiterated above issue. No reply 9/15/24 received message on website's patient portal from ******* *********, asking me to reach out to **** *****, R.N. again. No reason for request given 9/16/24 reached out again, via text, to **** *****. No reply.9/16/24 received refund in "groupon bucks" of $14.99 9/16/24 reached out to both ******* ********* and **** *****, via patient portal and via text respectively, stating that I was also entitled to refund of shipping cost of $29.99. No reply

      We see that this user was actually never charged a $29 fee.  They have accidentally requested a refund through BBB, when they were not charged.  It looks like our team responded back to their request for a refund - within 3 hours, informing that they had actually not been charged, so the customer is already aware that they were mistaken when they thought they had a charge on their account, when there was no charge.

      On August 17th, *** purchased a Groupon for 0.25 Semaglutine. On the ******* description there was not indication of any subscription or automatic refill. After purchasing the *********** paid ***** dollars for shipping fees, so far I havent received anything. Also there was not mention of any lab test due before getting the drug. After following all that this company indicated to due, I was charged again of 50 Dollars and enroll in an automatic refill for 3 months with no option to cancel on the website, all this without even receiving the drug! I do not wish to continue with this company and be enrolled or be charge without my consent. I am asking for the refund to be take off of any subscriptions.

      Purchased a Groupon for Tirzepatide on Sep 2. Attempted to redeem it on Sep. 7 and have been given the run around. Short version of events: They refuse to fill my prescription unless I agree to go have blood work done at some random lab in my town. Nowhere was the need to have bloodwork done mentioned in the fine print of the Groupon. They sprung that requirement on me only after it was redeemed, now they are refusing to fill my RX. So theyve charged me $149 for the Groupon voucher + $29.99 for shipping, and theyve given me nothing, I want a full refund of the voucher and shipping.

      In December 2023, I had my initial consultation with ******************** at CosmeticRX for Latisse, I asked if this company had any products for wrinkles. He recommended Retinol-A 1%, and said if it didn't work, I would get a full refund. I didn't agree to a perscription. I received a 3-month supply of Latisse, and a tube of the Retinol-A. There was nothing in the instructions that mentioned wrinkles; only acne. I tried the phone number listed several times. This was in January 2024. I left a message stating I wanted to return it. Then in March, my account was debited another $59, and I was sent a second tube. I did get a live person on the phone who said, no problem, send both tubes back & once received, my funds would be returned . I went in for heart surgery in April, and was negligent in not returning prior to surgery. I was billed another $59., and another tube was sent while I was recovering. On August 1st , I was billed ****** & received an extra box of Latisse a month early. My perscription was not due for another month. I was not expecting this to come out of my account& this caused my account to go into default. I sent 1 opened & 2 unopened tubes of Retinol-A, and 1 unopened carton of Latisse back to CosmeticRX on Aug. *******. I paid extra to get a signature that all the above was received. I sent a copy of that, and a request for the $311.00 that I paid for these products to Support@ **********************. I paid an additional amount of $15.25 for shipping and signature. I am turning 70 in October and live on my social security. This has caused a financial burden that I was not expecting. As a breast cancer survivor, the Latisse helped my eyelashes to fill in. But I did not renew persciption. Please help me to get this resolved. Shame on this company.Thank You,*** C *********

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I received a refund on 9/10/2024 for 1 box of Latisse ($134.00) and 1 tube of Retinol-A (*****). I returned 3 tubes of Retinol-A (******) . I paid postage plus an additional amount for a return receipt signature showing that the products were all returned. I would appreciate the company to refund the missing amount for returned product totaling $118.00. Thank you very much. 

      I am amazed and grateful for both The Better Business Bureau and CosmeticRX expedited response to my complaint. Once this is resolved , I will give both businesses an excellent review.

      I placed the order with cosmetic RX last week. I was told that they did not ship on Fridays and that they would ship the medication to me this beginning of the week. However I never received any medication and when I reached out to them they did not answer me I reached out via email via text message to the nurse and also via message on the website itself. When I tried to log back in some of the messages were deleted out of the system. Now today which is Thursday they're telling me they don't ship on Friday again and they're telling me that the medication won't be shipped until next week it's almost as if it's an automated message that they send. Between the $29 and shipping and the $25 on Groupon I've spent $54. Lack of communication on their part and I have not received any product I waited this whole week and now I'm being told the same exact thing over again which is very frustrating. The nurse will not answer the phone and the support team doesn't answer any emails you send via like your emails. When you call the number you can't get anybody on the telephone. I was looking forward to getting the product but now I'm realizing I'm just getting ripped off.

      I purchased a groupon for Tirzepatide and it has been 3 weeks now getting told DAILY that my order would be processed within the next 24 hours. And yet, I STILL HAVEN'T received any tracking information or legitimate reason why my order is not processing. They "refunded" my groupon as a courtesy but then turned around and charged the same amount to my card. Not sure what the point of that was and I thought I was getting an actual refund. But regardless, they charged my account and STILL haven't shipped my product.

      I purchased a Groupon for a semiglutide order through this company. Its been 20 days and my order hasnt been fulfilled. There is absolutely NO WAY to reach any type of customer support as their phone number is only an automated message. I reached out via email and never received a response. This company *****. I will never go through them again. And I advise everyone to stay away.

      I got a prescription from CosmeticRx almost 2 yrs ago based on a Groupon I found for prescription Lattisse eyelash growth serum. I never asked for a refill, made sure it was NOT on auto refill, yet they keep sending it to me every 6 mo and charging me $134. Not only have I not asked for any refills, but the prescription is well over a year old therefore not even valid! I tried calling their phone number and it was just a womans voice telling me to leave a message. I dont know what to do other than cancel my credit card they keep charging.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      However for the record, I did not order the product from Groupon/CosmeticRx as they said. Dont know how that happened so I will contact ******* who is the third party involved and try to get it resolved with them as well.

      I purchased a Groupon coupon of $99 for a $134 5ml bottle of Latisse from Cosmetic RX. Although Groupon indicated that Cosmetic RX was taking Groupon's, there was nowhere on the website where you could enter your voucher code. I tried requesting a refund from the Groupon website, but the website is not very helpful. I ended up paying Groupon $99 for the voucher and Cosmetic RX an extra $134 for the Latisse bottle.

      This is the CosmeticRx support team (not the groupon support team).  We do see that groupon refunded customer already.  It usually takes Groupon about 2-3 days to complete the refund - after it is requested (as we are a separate company - not groupon) - but we are familiar with how Groupon does the refunds - and see that Groupon actually refunded the customer already.  If the customer has any questions.
