    I have ordered RetinA from this website multiple times and theyve been great- now my consultation has said in review for about a week! They wont respond to a chat they offer (where they just asked me to update my credit card.). They wont respond to emails or calls and I cant delete my credit card number.

    Purchased a Groupon on January 9th for Latisse. Completed the consultation in January but did not receive the product. I completed a second consultation in March and have called them to check the status of the delivery. The person who took my call said I should receive an email confirmation of shipment within 24 hours. Several days later I have not received it and calls to check status are going to voice mail now. I paid for the product and it should be shipped. Feels like a scam.

    I cancelled my subscription after lack of communication as to why my order was delayed. However I was charged $179 two weeks ago and was sent tracking info for a package I already cancelled in January. But instead of cancelling my subscription like I clearly stated they paused it, I learn of this when I called the company to inquire why I was being charged and that I would like for them agin to cancel my subscription, the representative said ok no problem I will put your subscription on pause I said no I do not want to pause I need to cancel. Ever since Ive been getting the run around about my refund. Ive been told numerous times that someone will get back to me in 48hrs and no one ever do. I keep calling and being put on hold for ********************************************************************** regard to my refund that I requested. The subsequent calls added to my frustration, culminating in being told that there was no record of my cancellation, despite the assurance that all calls are recorded.

    I purchased a 4 week subscription to Cosmetic RX for weight loss medication from *******. I followed the redemption instructions. I provided my credit card # to pay for shipping. I specifically informed Cosmetic RX not to charge anything else on the credit card. I then found a $349.00 charge on my credit card on 11/07/2024. I contacted Groupon who informed me that the voucher was not redeemed. I contacted Cosmetic RX and they have not taken any action.

    I purchased a Latisse Rx prescription through *******, fulfilled by Cosmetic Rx, on 12/12/24. The Groupon was good for a one time purchase. Yesterday, 3/13/25, I saw a charge for $134 from Cosmetic Rx. I contacted the company questioning the charge and their response was that the prescription was automatically refilled, without my permission, and could not be refunded. On 2/27/25, I had an eye exam and my eye pressure was 25, which is considered *******************. The eye ** said its likely from the Latisse and to stop using the medication. Cosmetic RX refilled a prescription for me without a doctor contacting me first, and without reviewing my medical history prior to submitting the referral. I medically cannot use this product due to the hypertension in my eyes now. It is unethical that this company refilled a medication without my authorization and charged me for a medication that I medically cannot use, and is refusing the refund me for $134. They also never sent me an email with an order confirmation, just charged my card.

    I am rejecting this response because: the business did not justify why they automatically sent me a product that I did not sign up for. The Groupon voucher clearly states that it was a one time purchase and that I purchased the offer the maximum amount of times. It is unethical for this company to automatically charge a patient for a prescription medication without consulting with the patient first; especially if the patient did not enroll for automatic refills. Furthermore, this company charged me for the product on 3/13/2025 and never even sent me the product, almost one month later. I was never sent a tracking number or email confirmation confirming the product was even sent either. This company is dishonest, deceitful and are thieves to charge customers without their permission and to never even send the product.

    I am rejecting this response because: the fraud team associated with my bank is still reviewing this case. As soon as my bank rules in my favor for this unauthorized charge and that the product ultimately not even shipped to me, I will close the case. I will await for my banks response.

    This business is a scam, and ****** *******, M.D. is unethical and shout not a a medical licenses. I bought a $99 Groupon for ********************** in October 2024. It expired om 12/2/25.When I tried redeem it, I was "seen" by ****** *******, M.D., who never contacted me, ever after I submitted photos, emails, and called, many times. My account was put on 'pending', until right after my coupon expired, 12/2/25. My credit for $99 disappeared, but(!) I'm no longer on 'pending' and can pay FULL price to get Latisse -- THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE the $99 I already spent. So I have been scammed out of $99 and no one will respond to any of my emails or phone calls. I would like my money refunded or the product I purchased to be sent to me. Unfortunately after months of trying I have concluded this site CosmeticRX is a scam. ****** *******, M.D. should not have a medical license.

    I used a groupon to try and reduce the cost of Zepbound ($85), but found this company hard to work with and non-responsive. After filling my initial one-month supply, I responded in an email to not refill the prescription. However today my refill arrived at my door, unrequested, and a charge to my bank account of $299 (plus the $35 overdraft fee, because I was unaware this charge was coming) had hit my account. Terrible company, terrible service, sub-par product.

    I ordered Latisse on January 19, 2024 and paid with a Groupon. Value $99.I have still not received the Latisse and have called 4 times and each time they say they will check with the doctor. The last time I called 2/19/25 I left a message saying either send me the product or credit my account for the $99. All of the representative I have spoken with have been very dismissive and wanted to get off the call quickly. Now when I call the phone immediately goes to a voice mail.

    I have tried numerous times through the portal to ask questions about the medication. I called the pharmacy and they stated that the questions I had I need to speak to the company. I texted the number I had from my original consultation of the nurse named **** ***** and got no response. I texted again a few days later and she states shes not my nurse and wont answer. The portal isnt letting me stop the orders

    This company has not completed my order since January 7, 2025. I bought Groupon for Latisse and the website claims that the order would be fulfilled within a few days. I have called several times to be told they are pushing the order forward and to expect tracking in ***** hours. This is clearly a scam.
