      I bought headphones-EMF Radiation-Free Air Tubes headphones. I have sent 4 emails 4/25 and 3 on 4/26 and left 4 voicemails, 4/25, 4/25, with no response. Why does no one return emails/calls or even answer the phone?Order number ******. I need this for medical disabiliteis and it does not work with my iphone 13 mini with the correct 3.5 mm converter.1. Is this expensive head set compatible with my phone?2. If yes then I would like to exchange it as the one I got must be defective.3. If no I would like a refund.Disabled and caregiver will pick it up to mail, so would need the to have a label before 5PM CST Monday 4/28, otherwise I will have to pay for it and the website does not say it is not compatible with my phone so I don't feel I should have to pay for return costs.I know that it is not an issue with my phone as i run 2 medical devices thru the same port with 3.5mm converter and they work I tried today to send an email thru the contact us button on both browsers and I get this There was a problem with your submission. Please review the fields below. IN RED, and all fields are filled out correctly.Thanks,*******

      Thanks for reaching out! Great news, your headphones are fully compatible with your iPhone 13 mini.
      However, since the iPhone 13 mini lacks a standard headphone ***** you'll need a Lightning adapter to connect them. These adapters plug into your iPhone's charging port and provide a 3.5mm **** for your headphones.
      We understand you might not have a Lightning adapter on hand, and unfortunately, we don't sell them ourselves.

      Here are a couple options:

      Most electronics stores or online retailers carry Lightning adapters, if you would like to obtain an adapter, our headphones will work perfectly. 

      You can also return your headphones for a full refund if you'd prefer.We want you to be happy with your purchase!

      Their magnet does not hold the cell phone in the case securely and my new phone slipped out and the phone shattered. My new case was not of good quality like previous cases. Company refused to pay my insurance replacement cost for a new phone. Had been their customer since 2018. This company does not stand behind their products products or their long time customers.

      Our complimentary warranty extends to all of our products when used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions.  Our full warranty policy is posted on our website at: https://www.defendershield.com/warranty 

      This customer contacted our support representatives 9/14/22 and advised that at her poolside birthday party in August, she was swatting at bees with her device while using our phone case.  During the course of the bee swatting, the phone broke free of the stabilizing magnetic connection with the inner case causing the phone to fly out of the case and subsequently break.  

      The customer stated that we are responsible for the $225 insurance replacement cost of her device due to product failure. Based upon the facts presented by the customer, we have determined that the breakage was the result of negligence and unreasonable use rather than product failure.  

      Several attempts to clarify our warranty policy proved ineffectual and the customer became verbally abusive with our representative. The call was escalated to management with several requests to maintain professional decorum being disregarded.  Due to a marked increase in verbal abuse and the use of obscene language, the call was disconnected by our staff.  We stand behind our products and warranty policy as stated.

      I would also like to add that this was the 2nd defective case I recieved in the same month. The first one had a weak magnet as well and the Representative admitted that sometimes they get defective cases. As far as their comment regarding the bee, I was honest in telling them that I simply raised my arm as a reflex to a bee when the phone slipped out of the case! They took that out of context and are making sound like I was swatting bees with my phone which is completely ridiculous. Unfortunately their response to my complaint is as condescending as the phone conversation with them was. Heres a little tip defending Shield, own up to your poor quality products and dont provoke your client of 5 years that has spent approximately $1000.00 on your faulty products that are actually not even radiation proof.
