    I ordered a radio strap from the company Homeland six on Friday December 6th, they were very quick to process the order and take my money, I had paid for expedited shipping as I need it for my job. Since then I've heard nothing, I have reached out to the business multiple times with no answer.

    My wife bought me a customized radio strap on 7/19 for me to use at work. I am a paramedic and several of my coworkers use these radio straps. The website said to allow 7-10 business days for custom orders. Well here we are 27 BUSINESS days later and no shipping info has been provided. The last time we heard back from **** ****** was over 11 days ago in which he told me he would be canceling the customization part of my order, refunding me that part of the cost and that he would be shipping me a non customized strap out to me. I am at the point now of calling my bank to tell them that the charges need to be reversed and investigated for lack of delivery of product ordered. Im so disappointed in this company. RUN FAR AWAY dont spend your hard earned money here!

    customer wanted individualized customization.  An outside company provides that individualized request and we are subject to there time lines.  The customer ASKED to have the strap sent without embroidery and it was asked to be pulled from the line of 100's of straps needing to be done.  that process takes multiple emails and time.  The request to fulfill the order without customization, since we were able to find and pull it prior to the work, was passed on to shipping on the 26th.  It did not make it in time for me to ship that day and I am working 24 hours at the fire station the following day.  The customer will have recieved their product as quickly as physically possible after they cancelled the embroidery option.  we will cover the cost of shipping and send second day air to compensate for the delay.

    I am rejecting this response because your reply is contradictory. Your statement says that the radio strap was pulled prior to customization and was attempted to be shipped on 8/26 but it did not make the shipment and due to you being on shift the next day Id assume it would be shipped out on 8/27 or 8/28. You have yet to respond to our emails so we have no shipping number to confirm shipment and if you were sending it 2 day air as you stated it should have been delivered today or tomorrow at the latest but again no shipping number has been sent to confirm. The hyperlink from the original confirmation email still states that you have received the order and that another email will be sent when the order is ready which leads me to think the order has not been filled nor has it been shipped.

    Order SF-***** was ordered on June 30th which I know was a weekend and I know July 4th was just around the corner but 27 days and I still never got a reply from the company after multiple emails to their customer service email. Their turn around time says 3 weeks but it would be nice to know if I will ever get my items that I spent $176.23 for

    Customer ordered customization which we typically turn around in 3 weeks.  It is a hand done process that can take more time than that.  We have multiple orders in our warehouse that are being held up due to the latest storm that passed through.  We will be catching up on all orders as soon as we can get back in.  It should ship by Friday, Aug 9.

    Ordered a radio strap May 9th. Site claims 7-10 business days for order. It has been 27 business days. I have reached out via email and ******** and not heard any response. Cant find a phone number, conveniently My order number is SF-*****. Disappointing to see not the first one this has happened to. I figured it was a legit company seeing they are advertised on Firehouse.com and other leading firefighter equipment websites. They also were at FDIC which makes you feel they are legit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ OR TIME WITH THEM. They dont care about customers, their own brothers and sisters.

    First correspondence I have seen is this.  We have a normal delay, like with any customization, and try to turn it around as quickly as possible.  this order is due back to our facility today 6/19, and should ship out by Friday.  We are a two person company and strive to reach any customer with a customer service issue, but are spread very thin.

    On May 30 2024 my company ordered a radio strap. The order number is: SF-20794.As of today June 13 2024, there has been no contact to me or my company about the fulfillment of the order, shipping, or tracking information. Myself and my company have tried to contact the company through email and instagram messages with no response.

    I ordered a radio strap on March 22, 2024. I acknowledged that it would take 7-10 days for processing and delivery. I e-mailed the merchant and got no response. It is very difficult to find any direct way to contact the merchant. It is nearly a month later and the purchased product has not been delivered and on remains in "unfulfilled" status on the merchant's website.

    Horrific customer service. I reached out almost a month ago for a warranty related issue. The owner sent a couple of emails saying he would get parts soon to mitigate my issue and eventually ceased all communication with me and never followed through. I tried to reach out on their ******** page, and he proceeded to block me. This is an incredible level of disrespect, as this company deals primarily with veterans and first responders. To refuse to communicate or honor a warranty related issue is appalling and they shouldnt be in business.My fire department bought 200 plus of their product a couple of years back and they could care less about their existing customers.

    We do not block on ********* it is an open forum.  the items have been sent to the customer.  The item was NOT in warranty, and we gave up product to simply satisfy a customer.  The components of the strap are not readily available in stock and take time to get in to send out.

    I bought a full setof radio strap on March 19th and they haven't ship it yet. They haven't answered my questions of why they haven shipped yet or responded the chat.The Order is ******** I'm worriend since I found out this website I notice Homeland Six have complaints on the same matter and I think I've lost my money.

    I placed an order online for radio strap, holster, complete kit on June 11th. It took over a month for the item to be shipped and when I received it, the order was incomplete. They were kind enough to include a note standing the glove strap would be shipped separately since they were out of stock. On September 9th I emailed them asking for an update on the strap. They finally replied on September 20th saying it should have shipped as they "came in on Monday." It still hasn't arrived. I emailed the company again asking for an update on November 19th and never received a response. It's only a $19.95 glove strap, but the customer service is horrible. I paid $250 plus duty and exchange (since it was sent to ******) and all I really wanted was the glove strap.
