    I have been waiting for an order and have reached out to these people via email many times because they never provide a phone number to contact them. They keep saying the product is shipped and sending me bogus updates. The item was suppose to be delivered today and I received notification that it has been returned with no explanation. I keep emailing these people and keep getting the run around. This is a scam! These people are not legitimate.

    Order was placed on December 8, 2022.The total was $174.00 CAD for 7 pairs of underwear.2 of the 3 deliveries went left at my office door outside of business hours.The third delivery has still not been completed.The company claims no responsibility, see attachment.

    Sorry to hear about your negative experience. I've looked into your order and your order was consolidated by the last-mile carrier into two packages instead of three. This often happens with international orders. One package was delivered to your provided address on 12/24/22 at 7:44pm (tracking number LP00550561209996) and the other on 12/20/22 at 4:33pm (tracking number LP00549611597746). Please let me know which package you did not receive and I will see what I can do to help.

    ******* ordered ***** worth of items from ModernUndies on February 19, 2023. I was given a confirmation number and that is all. I have never received any responses to two emails I have sent, asking about my order. Their Tracking and other attempts do not work. They never have responded, they don't have a phone number to call them? I feel they have scammed me and others I see now, after reading the many complaints, on your site. I either want my ordered items sent immediately or a total and complete refund. I will speak to my bank branch manager today to stop payment and refund my account. Can you help me with this situation? Thank you.

    I ordered some swim suits as a Christmas gift for a friend. I never got them. I contacted them and after a run around they said they would resend. Never got them again. They claim both times that I check with neighbors and ***** Of course just a delay to handle. This company is a scam run out of a mailbox in ***********. You can't talk to anyone. All you can do is email which is a total waste of time. No product and no refund. These people are crooks.

Your most recent order, placed on Dec. 17, which this claim is about was promptly shipped out to you. In rare circumstances, packages may be lost in transit, which was unfortunately the case for this order. As a result, we shipped a replacement order at no charge to you on January 14, 2023. This order was successfully delivered to your *************** address on January 25 by ***** tracking number 4203331592748927005455000338521674.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have received nothing fro Modern Undies. They are scammers. I will not order from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. To h*** with them. They aren't worth fighting. I will just admit that I was screwed and move on. I noticed that they have a less than sterling rating previous by BBB. I should have checked their rating with you before doing business with the. My loss.

    Ok 10/9/22, I Ordered 6 pair of underwear from this business totaling $91.70. After a couple days, I checked the order status using the companys site which indicated my order had been cancelled. I reached out to the company after seeing I had been charged and received an email from ****** indicating the order can take 2-3 weeks to be received. I received half of a shipment with items that did not match what I ordered and no invoice or information in the packaging from the company. The worse online shopping experiences.

    I am rejecting this response because: there are inconsistencies in the companys response. This response says take a photograph of the discrepancies to get a refund, which was sent on November 7th. The email response from the company indicated return the items to get a refund, which were sent back to them the end of last week. Either way no refund was given for the 3 items that were sent. Refund my money that was paid for these fake products and false advertising.

    Order placed on May 29, 2022 for 3 pairs of underwear. I received 2 of the pairs as separate packages. The third package I received was a nursing book that matched the tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX that should have been the third pair. It has same return address as the other 2 packages. I emailed the company on June 24th and have never received a reply. The package has been status as delivered but I do not have the product. The cost of the missing item was 17.95 that I would like refunded. I will provide a photo of the incorrect item I received as well as the label.
