    We had our house tented by Geigers Pest Control at the end of September 2023. The tenting crew destroyed several of our costly flowers and two large **** pots valued well over $100 apiece. *****, the lead on the crew, informed us that he could not help with the flowers but that he would reimburse us for the pots that were broken. He then stopped returning either our texts or our calls. We must be reimbursed $180 for the broken pots as promised.

    Was recommended to have a "***** Cleanup" at $150.00, basically having my residence fogged, which I did to no avail. When I got a call to schedule my quarterly, I informed of the "cleanup". All of my transactions had been with ********, who recommended the cleanup. This last phone conversation, a gentleman answered, I explained my frustrations and was told I should have never been scheduled for a cleanup as its uneffective. This happened on 3/31/2022, and had 2 quarterly visits at $75.00 each witch would be to no avail as well. I can provide reciepts if necessary, just not familiar with how to do electronically.

    Originally the ***** cleanout was recommended at an additional treatment in Jan 2022. The treatment wasnt scheduled until the end of the March 2022. Delaying the treatment caused the ***** infestation to grow.After completing the treatment and one follow up, it was recommended for the customer to complete a fumigation.
    Due to the delay in informing the customer regarding the new recommendation, we will refund him the $150 for the ***** cleanup.

    I received services from Geiger Pest control Services on my home 6/13/22. I entered my home after the tent was taken off and cleaned my home. After a week of having the tent off I begin to see droppings from termites, bugs, etc. I contacted the company in regards to issues that I was seeing in my home. The company came out on 6/22, took pictures, and stated that he had to take the pictures back to the company. I received a call from the company stating that I had to pay more money for an additional service. My home is covered under a year warranty and all bugs should have been killed once the house was treated. If the gas that's used for treatment can kill a human why not a bug(ants). I need the job finished on my home that I paid for, I've attached the pictures of my findings

    Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/08/01) */ The fumigation does treat the entire property for termites, which includes the one-year warranty. Unfortunately, the Vikane gas does not leave a residue and does not leave any lasting treatment on the property. Ants can reenter the home after the tent comes off the property. Ants need an on-going treatment to solve the problem. We can offer the customer a one-time treatment for the ants to help cover any inconvenience. The property needs an on-going treatment to completely remove the ants.
