    EXTREMELY OUTRAGEOUS PRICE charged me $2,985.00 to repair a hurricane shutter. PRICE GOUGING stated its inflation? I had the same thing done to another shutter 5 years prior the charge was only $250.00 for the exact same issue motor replaced. They claim they are very reputable business BUT THEY CANNOT ACCEPT A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT AND EXPECT PEOPLE TO HAVE $2985.00 CASH TO PAY THEM ASAP? REALLY? They claim they put in a FRENCH MOTOR EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE? DID I ASK FOR A FRENCH OR EXPENSIVE MOTOR? NO, I DRIVE A NISSAN NOT A MERCEDES. DID THEY GIVE ME OPTIONS WHAT MOTOR I WANTED? NO! HOW DO I KNOW THEY ACTUALLY PUT IN AN EXPENSIVE MOTOR I CANNOT SEE IT? I live in a 700 ft condo not a mansion. ARE THERE CHEAPER MOTORS THEY COULD HAVE USED -- YES! DID THEY GIVE ME OPTIONS NO! DOES MORE EXPENSIVE MAKE IT BETTER NO WITH ONLY A 2 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE MOST EXPENSIVE MOTOR THEY CLAIM THEY USED? MY PAYCHECK DID NOT INCREASE! I ASKED THEM FOR THE RECEIPT FOR THE MOTOR, I PURCHASED THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME? WHY ITS MINE NOT THERES! I ASKED FOR THE NAME OF THE MOTOR & GOOGLED IT THEY CHARGED ME $1900 FOR IT. I PRICED THE MOTOR ONLINE IT ONLY COST THEM $959 & PROBABLY LESS BECAUSE THEY GET A DISCOUNT SO THEY DOUBLED THE PRICE. THEY ARRIVED LATE AT MY HOUSE SO I WAS NOT HOME AND HAD A FRIEND MEET THEM HE UNFORTUNATELY DID NOT REALIZE WHAT A RIP OFF THEY ARE. I WOULD HAVE KICKED THEM OUT AND SAID NO THANK YOU! I COULD HAVE PUT IN BRAND NEW SHUTTERS OR EVEN A HURRICANE IMPACT DOOR INSTEAD OF REPAIRING OLD ONES AT AN OUTRAGEOUS PRICE WITH ONLY A 2 YR WARRANTY! MOST COMPANIES WILL TELL YOU THAT AND NOT RIP YOU OFF! IF THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS THEY HAVE MY RECEIPT AND REFUSE TO GIVE IT TO ME BECAUSE THEY PROBABLY PURCHASED IT WITH A CREDIT CARD FOR WAY LESS BUT REFUSED TO LET ME. SUSPICIOUS! DO NOT USE THEM! TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS! I HAD CHEST PAINS DEALING WITH THIS AND TRULY REGRET LETTING THEM DO THE 2 HR JOB NEVER AGAIN
