      Did not advise me I would need hub centric rings and completely warped my rotors. They also ordered the wrong size tire they finally ordered the right size but cracked the wheel putting the tire on. It has now been over a year and I have never had a set of tires and wheels even though they told me everything was covered by warranty. The wheel has been on back order for over a year and the company has done nothing to fix anything and they wont even answer my phone calls anymore.

      They're guys repoed their rims and then came back and took the setim borrowing left my car on the ground.

      The account for *************** was charged off as a skip for non-payment. We did not repossess the merchandise and we did not leave the customer's vehicle on the ground.

      I tried contacting the customer but was not successful. The customer can contact me at their convenience if they have any other questions.

      I have purchase many wheels and tires from this company and have given them plenty of business my truck was In a total lost accident I sent pics over and sign the road hazard form he told me too I sent him over everything he ask *** the manager continues to stalk me and his employee jr this last set of wheels 1st off was sold to me as new when they were all scratched up and he said he would replace them and nothing the financial company came and repo my truck cuz I am not going to pay for something I dont have that meaning the truck and the wheels but they harass me at work and everything if I had the wheels I would of return them I cant return something that was repo and that was in a total lost accident they dont even try to use common sense and see how much money I have given them purchase several wheeels and tires over 10k in business or more within the last year or two be for real and I made payments up to when this happen so they acting like I didnt pay anything on them I will never do business with them again and then he threatened to take me to court go ahead trust me they going to feel dumb when they see I no longer have the truck who would pay for something they dont have anymore I will never do business with them again so they want to lose a good paying customer who gave them all the business I gave them its fine with me . I been through this years ago at a ******* location. And what they did sent me to collections and I settle with the collection agency so dont play me like I dont know the law

      I am not sure why ******************** decided to file a complaint, we have tried contacting ******************** several times to obtain the necessary paperwork to file a claim and relieve him of his obligation to pay his account off but he refuses to return our calls.

      ******************** informed us on 1-9-23 that his truck was totaled in an accident.  At that time, it was explained to him that we would need some information (a signed claim form, pictures of the vehicle and a police accident report with the accident date and officer's ********** to file an accident claim. Once received, we would submit the paperwork to the road hazard company for claim approval and he would be relieved of financial responsibility under the rental agreement. We never received the police report and have attempted to contact ******************** to settle the matter but he refuses to speak with us. We have not tried to collect money from ******************** but have only attempted to gather the necessary paperwork so a claim can be filed relieving him of financial responsibility, otherwise, according to the terms of his rental agreement, he would still be responsible for payment of the merchandise.

      In reference to the other issue ******************** referenced in this complaint, we agreed to reduce the price or replace 2 wheels which he stated had scratches on them and he chose to have the wheels replaced. Unfortunately, the wheels were on backorder, and we explained this to ******************** and again offered a discount on the scratched wheels, but he again opted to wait for the replacement. When the wheels finally arrived, ******************** did not come in to have them replaced and shortly after his truck was totaled in the accident.

      We are more than willing to work with ******************** to settle the matter, all we need is for him to provide us with the necessary paperwork so we can resolve the issue. He has been a good customer and we value his business and would like to resolve this misunderstanding.

      Was told a certain amount for some used ************ for my sons car.Got into a argument with the manager because of how a employee spoke to me on the phone.Had my son go in and pay account off and a few hrs later the same manager calls me saying I owe about 800 more.Now au feel like Im being harassed.

      I ********* and rims for over $2,400 I got them august 4th so it's only been 25 Days, my grandson drives the car and unfortunately he's too honest, the 2 back Tires have no tread left, he admitted that he had ************* for 30 to 60 seconds, I'am paying for insurance on these tires and rims, and what we don't understand is how 30 to 60 seconds can burn up the tread on tires that are ************************* *********** on *************************, refused to help us, why do you offer insurance if you are not going to validate it, what happened to the customer is always right?

      Spoke with customer on 9/7/2022.  Explained that coverage she has for the rental merchandise does not cover neglect, which would include 'burning out' tires.  Burning out a tire is a purposeful act of neglect and causes unrepairable damage that is completely avoidable.  As a customer service gesture we have agreed to replace 2 tires that her grandson burned out this one time only.  We explained what is covered moving forward and made it clear would that we would not cover any neglect issues including by not limited to burning out tires.  Customer agreed to resolution and informed us that her grandson would bring in the vehicle to exchange the 2 tires and explain to him the coverage limitations.
