      DID NOT FINISH CONTRACT JOB, NO RETURN CALL ,INSTALLED DAMAGED DOORS. TOOK 23 MONTHS AND COUNTING TO DO THE WORK. WE UNFORYUNATLEY PAID OUR PART . I JUST FILED A COPLAIN WITH STATE OF FLORIDA ATTORNEYS OFFICE.

      A representative came out to the house, he looked over the windows, he said no problem. We sat at the kitchen table and made out a contract. I put a deposit down and the contact was agreed. Another representative came out measured the window and said we would be contacted with a date. Twelve days later, we received a call saying that they don't only do two windows. If we wanted to pay more, they could do it. A contact is a contact?? Had to call the company around seven times and finally got ahold of a supervisor. He told me they had 15 days to terminate the contact, when he returned my call, it was 15 days. I would think twice before working with this company. ********* *. 10/22/2024

      This company is a disgrace. I have been waiting months for them to do a final inspection. They dropped the ball. Months of phone calls and broken assurance it's being done. The contractor they sent to do my bathroom would not hook up the plumbing until I paid the balance. Do not pay them until you get the final inspection!!!!

      Myself and did a really great job. I spent thousands and thousands of dollars having all my windows and my door replaced and I had requested that I get no Sam screens. I got my windows. I got my door. My door is horrible. It doesn’t work right I called many many times I’ve also asked for my screen to be put in and he said that he would get back with me that he would have that done and been months and months so I called back. He no longer works for the company so now I don’t get my no seeum screens. So it is actually nice here. I can’t even open my windows because of the bugs and the dirt getting in between my window and the screens. I called several times this last time. I was told that they do not do the noseem screens. So I’m screwed. Thank you. I live in Florida. There’s nothing but bugs here thanks, Hpa.

      We understand you spoke to Laurie yesterday in our office. we were closed most of last week due to Hurricane Milton.

      We want to state first that the screens you received with your windows were the factory OEM screens that are made for your windows.

      OEM-original equipment for your product.  Yes Ralph Chip J. is no longer with us but we do not know what screen you refer to as a no-seeum screen.

      screen. Be assured you have the proper screens with your product, What's the issue with your door? we can certainly send service if its a service issue please let us know.

      Was promised interest free for 2 years by the sales rep. Also that the company would pay half of my power bill if it didn’t decrease by half after my window and door installation. Spent over 23,000 with this company at 7% interest. There is no interest free or reimbursement on my power bill. My power is still the same. Make sure you read your fine print. And don’t use this company. Called customer service they sated I should have read my contract. I would never have done my widows and doors if I would have known there was going to be an interest charge.

      04/23 I had called for a bath remodel instead a man named *********************** showed up with window samples. I found it strange but decided to see what it would cost for 9 windows & a slider since the home I purchased had windows as old as the build over 40 years old. I was told that the warranty (If there really is one) would replace them if there was even a chip from a mower tossing a rock at it & keep out the heat & would lower my bill, didn't happen. I since have purchased solar. I was also told about a grant for MysafeFLHome for $10,000 which then would make my share a little bit easier to pay but told Chip I needed the grant in order to pay for the windows which was over 29,000. He stated that we could be a showcase home for the windows which would also give us a discount. He did "Everything I could do" to get the lowest payment possible. He said we were approved for the grant & so we would then continue. I still have not received the grant. The windows were put in the first week in 08/23, with them not passing inspection. The slider was also put in upside down to which I was told by Mario was impossible but yet they came back and did flip it. It looks bad now & is not properly fixed with silicone missing & holes through the side of the doors also visible. It's now 07/16/2024. We have not been a showcase home, not that I would now considering. We found out in March we were never approved for the Grant, & I have texts to prove he said that we were, along with emails as well. We were approved for only the Inspection for the Grant but since we were approved for the inspection it was transferred to this year if that never happened, we would have been totally screwed. Thank God we did that part. I have yet to pay one payment yet because of this & don't care until someone fixes this mess. You can call & get nowhere with them ever or no call back or *** **** ** who said "I will help you throughout this whole process" avoid a call or text. Great Times! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

      Kitkat We are pleased with the performance of the new windows and doors.The work was completed by "contractors" not emplyees of the Home Performance Alliance, Inc. (the salesman made a point of claiming workers were HAP direct employees).The work was substantially completed * (18 windows 3 doors and stuccos work) over eight days on the premises.HAP has not yet called the county for the final inspection (after * twelve days). But HAP had been paid in full on day four of the work!! 7/07/2024

      We love our new windows. Installation was good, stucco work came out good too, they just finished painting and the windows look awesome!
