    Bill Doyle has helped buyers to accurately access the conditions, permit compliance, but most importantly the roof and any beneficial hurricane roof credits that *** be applied to a new property insurance.When my buyers are out of town, **** takes the time to get on the phone while on site and verbally summarize with the buyers his findings, good, bad or indifferent. He is an honest inspector, but most importantly, a former successful builder which makes his construction IQ above all the rest!He is the ONLY inspector many area realtors will use, I being one of them!
