I have taken my car to this shop twice and one of those was the alternator which cost me a little over $600 and it is broken after just 6months and he confirmed after a week of plenty attempts to reach him the part does has warranty but he keeps pushing when to do it knowing Ive been after him to just verify the warranty. He kept telling he will call me to let me know and never did. I had to do a ****** review about his services and now he is not willing to comply with the warranty for the broken part. Men always taking advantage of females in car shops, it should be illegal to do this we all got mothers, ******************** Thanks in advance!

It is unfortunate to hear that **************** feels that her issue went unresolved. However, per the screenshots of our conversation which she provided, we did not refuse to provide the service to her as she claims. When she initially brought her car back to us to inform us about the issue, we tested the alternator and it was in fact charging, so it may very well have been an unrelated issue. To ensure her peace of mind, we were willing to replace the part free of labor to her, which was under warranty, but that had to be confirmed which took time as we are a busy shop. After getting the confirmation that the part was indeed covered under warranty, we informed **************** and provided her with a day that would allow us to give her the attention required to perform the job which we were not going to charge her labor for and ************ clear to her. Unfortunately, **************** was not able to bring the car in on the day we offered to do the repair and stated she would go elsewhere to have it performed. She then proceeded to immediately leave a negative ****** review with false information and also proceeded to bash our shop on her social media page as evidenced by the screenshots attached. At no point did we ever refuse to do the work, as she stated first that she wished to take her vehicle elsewhere which is entirely her right as a paying customer. Our mistake was not communicating to her as often as she would have liked us to but she did not give us a chance to make it right and has chosen to retaliate by only providing half of the entire story.
