    Purchase a sct tuner for my 2017 power stroke f250 product has had nothing but problems would not connect to truck called tech support after over an hour of tech connected to my laptop working on it I connect it to my truck and it randomly shuts the engine down while driving. It has sat in my truck for a few months because it has problems I have set it back to stock tune with the tuner disconnected and have not had any problems since contacted sct tech a few days ago spent over an hour again getting nowhere I told them I have multiple sct tuners in trucks that have never had any issues the unit I have does not work properly I asked for a replacement unit was told it was lunch time after over an hour of getting nowhere. Was told I would get a email with a return for to send it in to get fixed ( I never received an email with the form) I dont want a fixed one that is going to take months to get I would like the unit replace with a unit that works properly I explained that there has been a issue with this unit since I opened it. I am just frustrated I thought this was a first class company that would stand behind there products.

    We did identify a glitch in our ticketing system and indeed the *** email was not sent to Mr. ******* We have reached out to him and have the *** set up so that we can continue to troubleshoot and identify the issue and solution.

    Was sold a product that was advertised on their website as compatible with my vehicle. It does not work as advertised requested some assistance and they are saying because im not in ********** it wont operate on my vehicle yet another vehicle i have it works on and it is not in **********. Has nothing to do with it. There is an issue with the device and are making up irrelevant excuses. I want them to fix or replace my tuner as it does not function as designed and are falsely advertising on their site compatibality

    I downloaded a tune on my **** f450 from there tuner and it shut my vehicle down and I have been on the phone for 2 days and I need a resolution to my problem because they have erased all the tunes off of my tuner and now it wont even communicate with truck after the update and I've been with out a way to go for 3 days now and I can't keep going with out a way to go i need to know how to fix the problem because I had no problem at all until I down loaded the tune to my truck

    Date of purchase 05-06-24 Purchase price $399.00 I need a custom tuner for my car, this tuner (SCT BDX) hasn't functioned properly since i purchased.Tried to resolve the issue the past couple months in contact with SCT, have tried every solution, the company has been difficult to contact over the course of this. upon trying to return device for a refund i have been unable to contact the company, have reached out to them the past 3 days and have heard nothing in return.

    The act x4 tuner I have couldn’t complete the download on my truck and it won’t return to stock so my truck won’t start and I’ve repeatedly called the customer support and the automated system says there busy and ends the phone call without be able to wait on hold or even leave a voicemail

    On 4/9 I bought an sct BDX from American muscle. They advertised it as coming with a preloaded tune supporting Camaros 10-22. I have the 22 ss and there is no preloaded tune. I followed all instructions and downloaded the device updated. Called tech support half a dozen times, and emailed. They’re always busy and can’t respond to call back. I just want the tune I paid for. At this point it looks like false advertising. I don’t want a refund I want the tune I paid for, or store credit to purchase an aftermarket tune from your company if you can’t provide me with the one you advertised as coming with the sct BDX. I’ve spent hours and hours this week troubleshooting this crap, time I will never get back. Do the right thing and follow through with your advertisements.

    I see the email that you sent us on Friday 4/14 regarding the unsupported preloads message. It is being escalated today to engineering so that they can add your vehicles information to the database. Please understand that this is normal for newer vehicle support. The OEM releases updated or new strategies for vehicles for a few years, and as we see new ones we add that newer strategy to the software and devices. It may take a week or so to get this turned around but we are working on this for you.

    Purchased an SCT performance X4 and used it on my F150, I sold that truck and returned it to factory settings. I have sent a few email's to the company stating the X4 shows its still married to the F150. I was told as long as I return the old truck to factory I can use it on my F250. I continue to attempt to use it and continue to get its married to F150. The only replay I get from them is What year is your new truck and did you return your old truck to factory settings. I have answered this same email a few times now, and yet no assistance from the company. I just want them to do as promised and make my SCT X 4 available to use on my 2020 F250.
