      Precision garage door took total advantage of me. Not sure if it's because I'm a senior citizen. I'm upset at myself for not doing my due diligence in checking this company out first, but my garage door spring broke and I couldn't get my car out, and I was panicked because I had to pick up my granddaughter from school. I called the first company that I googled, and they were able to come out same day, early enough that I would be able to get my granddaughter. The initial quote to repair the spring was $1190. I told the technician that I couldn't possibly pay that much, and he asked how much I could pay. I responded, no more than $800, so he said ok, we'll replace the spring for $800. I've since spoken to 3 other garage door repair companies, and all the quotes ranged from $299 to $350. I am 68 years old, and I believe they took complete advantage of the predicament that I was in. They charged more than double what the cost should have been. I would recommend everyone steer clear of, in my opinion, this very dishonest company. And this happened on a normal business day, during normal business hours, there was no after hours charges incurred.

      bought two door from this company. one door is still not connected. the other door was not properly installed. Technician had to come back out with in an hour because the door came of the track. I would not recommend this company . The installation manager lack customer service skills.
