    My wife purchased this for me as a gift and got lost in the home for approx 60 days. The item was found and given to me only to discover the wrong item was purchased. A quick check of the website showed that there was time to start the process, which we did. Actually getting a response was another matter. When finally getting a response we were told the exchange window had passed. When correcting according to their own public-facing policy on the attached screenshot, the response was basically 'that's incorrect, what I'm saying now is correct.' At this point, we are now approximately one week past the 90 day window. After telling us we're wrong in contradiction to their website's promise, we can't get any further communication from them.We just want the vendor to fulfill their stated promise. I'll even pay to ship the item back, I just want a usable product.

    I emailed them a question on a Thursday then on sunday I emailed them twice with different questions and I get an email from them telling me not to send them any more emails. I messaged them back basically telling the person who sent me the email what bad customer service that was. After that I ordered an item and received multiple emails of the same kind, I then asked them to stop sending me the same email over and over. After that they sent me multiple messages again of the same kind probably to get me back. How childish.

I reviewed all correspondence with our team and can not locate an email where we advised "not to send them any more emails". Understanding up to this point you are not satisfied with your experience, however we still want to do what we can to rectify the situation. I would be happy to work with you on resolving all your concerns including any fitment issues that may be present. Lastly I would like to speak to the emails that you received after you ordered the product. These emails are auto generated for creating an account, tracking your order, etc. Our intent is to do correct by you as the customer, if you could please call our support line at 888-661-5579, please ask for the Customer Service Team Leader. Confident that we can get this resolved. Thank You
