    Horrible!!!!! Apparently ****** *************************** Service Supervisor thinks it's ok to steal pics by customers of damage caused in their service department and then accuse that customer of fraud-what a shame that someone so unprofessional is in charge of customer satisfaction?Stay Away!

    I have 2018 Honda Accord is has been in the shop 8 3 batteries, wiring replacement, 2 more before they replace the engine at 70 thousand miles, now the lights on again they say its the turbo. They also dont report all the work to carfax on my vehicle. They keep turning the engine light off and it keeps coming back with new problems. They will keep doing this until the warranty is expired.

    Autonation ********************* has DEPLORABLE customer service. The first issue is, they NEVER have anyone available to answer your calls. They give you the run around when trying to speak with someone. Secondly, my ************* refund was denied with ZERO explanation. No one knows anything and they never have a resolution. This will be my last time doing business with them.

    AutoNation Sanford, *************************************,Finance manager bambozled my contract by adding dingshield and app sealant without me knowingwhat is this? Cost of each $699. Then to make matters worst to cancel a $6579 extended warranty is just simply a nightmare. More laws need to be implemented so that auto dealers dont take advantage of clients.

    I don’t think this is fair. Battery died and had to find someone to give me jump after school. Fri. Took awhile. Got home n no battery this morning. Tried to find receipt. ( more out of place lately.- husband had cancer.Called Honda n ***- Honda transferred my call 5 times to Mr Love who’s out on vacation. One person said they had NO RECORDS on my car?!?!( Purchased n serviced there) MOST SAID NO!! One said purchased 4/26/22. Asked if warranty in place- “ I’d have ????? no idea “. So *** came out n put in new battery. Got in touch with a higher up n he said all calls go to service center/ told him I dialed local number. Was under warranty. He can’t help it but fyi,calls go to service center.Asked if they’d give me free oil change. “ No- why would we give you free stuff??” Because I need car,service closed tomorrow, and you didn’t have to pay for $225 battery under warranty!”no”. I teach next week and their Seems Center closed Sun. called service center”, no appts till Monday during day. Asked if Honda would’ve had different openings-“NO”.People need cars from Fri - Mon afternoon- and I tried everyone I could think of.. I have to get to work Mon.

    After months of ongoing issues -They owe us a credit for a alignment we were promised for all of the inconvenience they caused our family. This service department refuses to follow through with what they promise. Have reported to corporate and would like the refund on the alignment Kenny said we would get and never followed through on. I have sent many emails and they know what they owe us.
