      Ordered 8 days ago no confirmation of purchase, no shipping info, NOTHING. I was excited to try but this will indeed be my first and last order. As a small business owner, I expect better customer service. No thank you. Maybe less marketing, more improvement.

      THE BEST FEMININE WASH EVER!!! I'll never use another brand. I usually purchase 2 at a time so I don't run out. The freshness...the cleansing and the rejuvenating oil 10/10. Never had an issue with shipping, it actually came a day early. I'm 43 and in my perimenopause phase and it's been a tremendous help!!! Love these products!!

      Absolutely love the product!!! The shipping time needs to improve.I placed my order on November 29th . Today is December 26th & I have yet to receive it. I got an email on December 20th that a label was created but when I tried tracking it no luck. . Thats ridiculous to me

      Loved the products but the shipping time is RIDICULOUS!!! Years and no improvements. there is no reason why people who make an order are waiting almost a month to even get shipping information on items we paid for. I wish the owner would really take a step back and focus on creating more efficient shipping rather than marketing to sell more products.

      I ordered this a week ago! It came fast. The product packaging was excellent. The look is too cute! But this product!!!!!!!! I am ordering more right now!!       I wish I would have seen these reviews before I placed my order. Secondly, I should have known better, because I had a similar experience with my last order from SaltXO. I had been a customer from the early days and the service was never this horrible, which is why I decided to give them another try. Never again.I placed my order on 2/24/24. On 3/6/24 I received an order w shipping confirmation. FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH the tracking info stated label created. MULTIPLE emails sent were unanswered until I reached out to bank and all of a sudden the tracking number finally showed it had been shipped on 3/25/24 and arrived at my door the very next day. The cherry on top of all this? One of the items I ordered is missing, the only proof is that the missing product was highlighted on the itemized list included in the package. No explanation from the company, no updated email stating it would be shipped later. Heck, they could have at least sent a similar item of same value. To be honest, you are losing a customer not because I had to wait a monthits only soapI could have waited. Its your COMPLETE LACK of communication and respect for your customers and their hard earned money that is the problem for me.

      I would not recommend this company. Placed an order on Feb 15 and it is March 2 and my items still have not shipped. I sent 3 emails and received a response to 2 saying my request was elevated to their fulfillment department (most likely computer generated.) The 3rd email to the company was requesting my order cancelled and my money refunded. It has been 2 days and no answer. My problem with this is if you are out of stock on items tell the consumer that. If there is a delay for some reason keep the customer informed on their purchase. That is something that I can understand. That is what great customer service is and how you keep a consistent clientele.
