05-10-2021 Contract signed and pool measured for product with understanding that work would not begin before July 4th 07-30-2021 All Phase Pool Remodeling - Industry delays going into August 08-12-2021 Old tile removed, new tile installed 08-24-2021 Old surface cleaned, 1st bond coat applied 08-30-2021 Quality inspection complete All Phase was able to make it to the bank to cash our check within 3 days! 09-02-2021 2nd Measurement of pool for product purchase 09-24-2021 2nd bond coat applied At this point the pool must be completed before Oct. 8th OR they will have to put a 3rd coat of bond on. We have been 53 days with an empty pool in the back yard. We would never recommend this company. At this point, we are so frustrated that they seem unconcerned about doing the job. They have our money, we have an unfinished pool.Business response
