    I hired this company after Hurricane *** to replace my shingled roof. Their sale rep **** recommended a metal roof so I decided to upgrade with that. **** said that due to my roofs slopes and high ceilings it did not allow proper ventilation which is causing the shingles "to blister". They did a horrible job on installing leaving most of the panels scratched. The caulk looks like a 5 year old child applied it and the wall flashings and valleys are not installed properly. I have had other roofing companies telling me that even the panels are not attached properly. I have reached out to them numerous times in the last 17 months to try to rectify the situation. They keep telling me they will send someone out to address the situation and nothing happens. They spray painted all the scratches which you will see in the photos and now telling me they will use a product to remove the paint. I question that process because the roof is all painted panels. Why did they spray paint it in the first place? The pictures speak for themselves. Please note the soffit repair they did and the skylight that they replaced. The original skylight from 1987 was by far better than the installation of this one. Please help me. Its all appalling and I cannot believe you have them rated at 5 stars as you were the deciding factor for me to hire them. I had gutters installed after completion and now I am being told I need to completely start over which means the gutters too will have to be replaced. The gutters were $2526.00 and will cost me that or more I am sure to have replaced.

    This is incorrect, The were scuffs in the clear coat of the paint, and a few small scratches. We were only going to touch up the scratches, and Mr. **** requested that we also paint all of the scuff marks. We scheduled this repair with Mr. **** to be onsite to make sure everything went the way you wanted. You withheld a thousand dollars until you were happy. And after the repair was done under Mr. ***** supervision he came into the office to pay the balance. The skylight issue you are bringing up is an issue with the drywall on the interior. Everything was good at this point. Stating you have tried to contact us for 17 months is false, At no point over have you tried to contact us until February 5th 2025, and we responded immediately. We let you know we would order the materials we need to take care of you issues and then we would schedule for it to be taken care of.
