From our first meeting to discuss our roofing choices, through delivery of materials, timeline of tear off, installation and inspections and right through completion, all communications were excellent. Thanks to our project manager, Keral and the amazing team who worked and cleaned tirelessly and professionally resulting in a beautiful new roof . After contacting five roofing companies, my air conditioning tech recommended SunRise Roofing Services, Inc.; from my first interaction with their representative, Ariel, (a HUGE thank you Ariel!) was always friendly, informative, answered all my questions (I had many, I do extensive research before hiring a company I will be paying thousands to). Ariel offered suggestions, overall Ariel provided great customer service and excellent follow-up. The day the roof was replaced, the six man crew plus their foreman came promptly at 7am, worked tirelessly in 90+ degree weather, I was kept informed as it related to covering areas where three (3) skylights were being replaced (I needed to cover interior of said areas to protect from falling debris). Once the roof installation was completed, they cleaned all surrounding areas to ensure everything was left as found. I could write a book about the wonderful service I received from SunRise Roofing Services, Inc. from start to finish! Additionally, their office staff, in particular Gabriela, was a pleasure to work with.Review from Tory J

I would recommend sunrise roofing for your roofing need. From start to finish we were very impressed. That communication with them was excellent. Pricing was adequate for the job. The workers did great work and left no mess very clean, also covered all shrubs with tarps at Tear off. They deserve a five star review??Review from Maureen E

We were caught in the 20 year old roof, no insurance renewal situation as are many in our area. I got 6 estimates which all fell in a $4,500 range between lowest and highest. Sunrise was only $1,000 above the lowest but included the optional peel and stick underlayment and wind mitigation inspection report for the insurance. The reason we went with Sunrise was the "vibe" I got from our contact man, Ariel ******, price was not the primary reason. He quickly emailed an estimate which they honored to the penny, never hinted at any extra expenses and kept us informed every step of the way. The crew was prompt and worked their butts off to finish in one day in 90+ degree heat. The clean up was very thorough as I was only able to find 2 nails so far around the entire house. I would recommend them without hesitation.Review from Blake N

Maria's team was very efficient and did an exceptional job. I was very impressed with the detailed work that they did going above my expectations. They gained my respect and trust while working with them. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

My insurance refused to renew unless we put on a new roof to our purchased home. I was in a bind a tight time frame. Maria, the GM, came to the house, did a thorough inspection herself, took pictures and broke down everything that was needed. The insurance did not cover the replacement cost so we had to come up with the $. Maria was great in working with us through this extremely stressful situation. Her crew came in and worked tirelessly for two days. We had a storm coming and they worked to ensure that the shingles were on and would withstand the storm and it did!! They came back early Sunday morning to finish the job. They meticulously cleaned up, checked and rechecked the area to ensure everything was clean and in order. Maria herself came to ensure that the job was completed to our liking and to see if there was anything else we needed. Maria and her team are extremely professional in their work and customer service. If you need a new roof from someone who is responsible and ethical, give Maria and her team at Sunrise Roofing Services a call. They truly are an amazing team!!Review from Deborah B

They admitted they removed my cedar siding to replace flashing. I immediately sent photos and asked them to please send someone out because the siding was installed improperly or it was broken. They sent me emails in a continuous loop with the same response, ignoring me . Do they have liability insurance? My siding is broken. I should have withheld payment balance but I thought they were professional. Extremely disappointing.Sunrise Roofing Services Inc. Response

We have contacted homeowner regarding her allegation to try to resolve her issues with her siding.
Homeowner has a warranty with us for the next 5 years.
