    I bought an sub infinity 2019 Qx 50 with 67,000 ml and Valentino N*** was the person in charge of the sale transacción on the I ride dealer in Sanford Florida and he told me I was getting a one year warranty of the transmission but he gave me a usb where he said all the documents were inside since they do paper less now and I believed him but now that my car is having problems with the transmission I open the usb and there is no paper that says that I got the one year warranty and I bough the car on diciembre 2023 and the car is already having issues, the vas is 72,000 ml now I need to reach the dealers but they are permanent close and don't know what to do with a broken car and I pay $545 a month to the bank Launch so this is a rip off and of course the bank done care that the car is broken and I have to pay for a car that can't even use or ether fix

    Lied about the warranty the employee said I never got my inspection done and I had timely inspection done I had to let car go back bc I couldn't afford to have it fixed.

    There was no lie on this vehicles warranty. It came with a lifetime powertrain warranty. Part of that warranty is that you have to have a inspection done every two years and that all the owners manual maintenance requirements are meet. This customer couldn't produce any service records on top of that they attempted to do there own tune up and left the intake hose lose which allowed a large amount of unmetered air to enter the engine leaning out the motor and causing the motor to go bad which is why the warranty company denied there claim. I have attached the Repair Order that states that.

    Traded in my 2008 Jeep with cash to purchase a 2014 Cadillac SRX around June or July 2022 (never received signed paperwork) as I wanted a more reliable vehicle for a long road trip to the northeast. The original purchase mileage was around ****** miles and looked clean and drove well. On the road trip from Fla to Ala all was fine. Then drove from Ala to NH and was fine. On 10/26/22 while driving the truck in NH it sputtered and shut down. Had to push through busy street for safe parking. Would not start back up and check engine light was on. Had it towed to 1st auto shop for $97.50 thru my insurance towing coverage to find out from the auto shop that the engine was seized up. They could not do anything with it. Had towed to 2nd shop for another $145 where the mechanic was able to find a certified used engine for $1,750. Had to leave it with that mechanic and find transportation back home to ******* while he could work on it. Once he inspected the old engine the engine oil was found to be BLACK with metal shavings in it. He replaced the engine for $1,219 and I then had to find a transporter to get it back home to ******* for another $1,075!!! Out of shear coincidence an iRide customer service rep called 2 days after the breakdown to ask how my new vehicle was treating me for which I told her the engine had seized up. She stated she was sorry and to call the iRide manager to see if they could help with the costs. It is clear that the engine oil had NOT been inspected or changed prior to my purchase. I have called the ******* iRide store numerous times but no one will answer and the voice mail says full. Very disappointed that they do not respond at all. Standard procedure for any used car dealership should be checking all vehicle fluids before selling which could not have been done during their certified inspection. Luckily I found a ride back home with friends for no additional cost.

    Customer purchased his vehicle on 7/14/22 and signed as is paperwork for the vehicle. The repair complaint occurred on 10/26/22 which is over three months after purchase and an undisclosed amount of miles driven on the vehicle. We are not responsible for any repairs incurred for this vehicle

    I bought a truck from them end of April 2022 and they pride themselves with their 100 point inspection. Well being a used 2013 I understand their will be issues with the truck. As in this situation the truck was pulling slightly to the left and I wasn't really worried about it as the weeks went by it was getting worse today it was really bad if you let go of the steering wheel it would immediately make a hard left I ended up pulling into a tire plus garage they looked at it and showed me the upper control was broken and appeared to be that way for a while. It cost me $647 to have it repaired and a alignment done. Theirs no way this truck was inspected when I got it the radio didn't work the third brake light didn't work a reverse lamp was out, and the ac had to be recharged.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/01) */ In regards to Mr. *******s complaint, I have looked into the vehicles history with our service/inspection procedure to find that we did in fact perform a thorough inspection. We identified multiple concerns that were addressed during our inspection. We repaired or replaced wiper blades, brake pads, drivers window switch, valve cover gasket, the muffler and upper and lower ball joints as well and the recommended maintenances, including a wheel alignment by our technicians. Had a control arm been in need it would have been replaced as well. The vehicle was repaired to be sold albeit it was sold as an as is vehicle meaning other than our 3 day 300 mile return policy there are not any additional warranties that go with the vehicle when purchased. All of our customers are offered additional extended warranties they can purchase when buying a vehicle from us that would have covered the issue the customer is referring to but unfortunately Mr. ****** did not purchase any additional coverage. The truck did not have an alignment done as they indicated as it was pulling a little to the left when I bought it. Theirs no way they did any kind of inspection as the third brake light was out the radio didn't work and a reverse light was out and replaced the ball joints as the mechanic at tire plus stated that the control arm fail and broke at that point. I have requested a copy of my warranty information as the thumb drive Clem gave me at the signing does not work with all my warranty information and documents I signed is on it. If they would send me via Email or mail me my documents I will let this issue go

    I bought a vehicle from this location with my husband, when we went back to pick up our tag they offer unlimited car washes we had our sales person run it through car wash. he damaged the vehicle. the dealer said they would take care of the damages in their own shop we took the vehicle to them so they could fix it after a week with no communication from them they said they could not fix it and referred us to a body shop to get estimate which I did but now the bed of the truck need some clips that were not put on estimate and they do not want to pay for it.

We do offer the unlimited lifetime car washes, and while providing that service, our salesperson damaged the truck. We did try to get it resolved at our facility, as it would have been quicker than getting something worked out at a body shop. Our vendor is here twice a week, and was not able to get the dent out. He tried to get a second opinion through his superior, but ultimately, it was beyond their scope. We then referred them to a body shop that is not affiliated with us. We got the estimate from them and cut a check to the customer so they could get it fixed. For the inconvenience, we even gave them a rental car while their vehicle was at the shop, which is a service we don't offer. I've attached the bill from enterprise for reference. While the vehicle was at the body shop, a "bed rail cap" came off. It was completely unrelated to the incident through the car wash. We did everything in our power to turn their situation around with the rental car and paying for the repairs. However, the bed rail cap was done by the body shop in an unrelated matter. His statements are a LIE i have uploaded the estimate for the job which clearly states the needed to remove the bed rail caps and he also will attach the emails between me and him which he states he paid $430.00 for rental and it was only $250.00 they are lying and I don't appreciate that. the problem the body shop encountered had all to do with the damage the dealer did to the truck.
