Door Security: The door to the breezeway is indeed secure and has a locking mechanism. It was immediately looked at by our maintenance team as soon as you notified us. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
Surrounding Area: We understand the ongoing reconstruction from the hurricane may be unsettling, and we're completely transparent about this in our listing and pre-arrival messages. However, the resort itself has 24/7 security for guest peace of mind.
Power Outage: The power outage was an island-wide issue beyond our control, but we acknowledge it significantly impacted your stay. We apologize for the disruption and inconvenience this caused.
Smoke Detector: We're looking into the issue with the smoke detector and will ensure it's properly secured.
Refrigerator/Groceries: We apologize for the spoilage of your groceries due to the power outage. While these situations are beyond our control, we understand the frustration and disappointment this caused.
We value your feedback and take it seriously. We'll continue to improve our communication and transparency to ensure guests are fully aware of the property's condition and any potential challenges due to the ongoing reconstruction.
