4/15/2023 Commited to fixing all mechanical issues in 2011 Jeep wrangler to prepair it for sale. Ticking in the engine promised to be fixed. The owner knowingly let the jeep sit at the shop for over two months before having a mechanic start to fix the engine problems. 3 months later and the ticking in the Jeep wrangler was still not fixed. Told to take it home and to call back if I would like them to take the engine apart again, thus being more money and more time they would have the Jeep. While Im still paying on the loan monthly and for car insurance and with out a vehicle. NOTHING was fixed to be able to sell my Jeep wrangler. The end result was they have no solution therefore I am out the $4,500 I spent having them fix but not fix the issues to be able to sell the jeep and out the money spent during those months it set at the shop on monthly insurance and payments on the jeep plus out the money I was making renting out the Jeep. Car Connection also ran diagnostics on my 2013 GMC Terrain and claimed I needed ABS modular. Sent mine to a repair company it came back and did not fix the problem. I was told they sent it back a second time and once again did not fix the problem. Was told I needed all kinds of new brake parts. I agree to replace what they suggested. STILL did not fix the issues with the drag on the suv and the traction control light, and the suv would stop accelerating. I had enough of their what appears to me to be extremely lazy management & lazy mechanics, took it to someone else who immediately fixed the issue w/ the suv for 90%less the cost of car connection and in one day! This business takes your hard earned money while not fixing ANY issues. I believe they replace easy parts for extremely temporary bandaids, which keeps you spending money with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Car Connection to anyone. Complete waste of my hard earned money and in the end this company did not care at all. I deserve a FULL refund for fraudulent services on **********
