    I can see why this is not BBB accredited. Owner charges a 100% cancelation fee which is absurd. I can see charging a cancelation fee, but it should NOT be equivalent of what the service would have been. For example, I was charged $375 for calling and canceling a hair appointment. The next time I booked, I had to pay as if my hair had been done twice. They also do this at their massage place. I understand charging a cancelation fee, but not the entire service. They have lost my business after four years being of loyal customer . Also, my hair was not done to satisfaction and instead of offering to "fix" it, the manager told me to not come back. They refunded me $50, which I insisted because they charged more than what was printed on their website advertisement. That is all they refunded me and no apologies. Now I am stuck with a $400 hairdo that I am not happy with as well.
